I worked for this company for many years, and they only train the best. Most of Action Catastrophe’s employees have over ten years of experience. When I worked there they had a very strict itemized inventory sheet and packing procedures. I worked there for six years and never heard of any issue like this. If you had a major issue it was the one employee and should have been addressed to him and it would have been instant termination. Action Catastrophe is a great company, and you probably wanted more free stuff or money from your insurance company like the other fraudulent claims. Now you want to post badly about a small family owned business? If you have a disaster or mitigation issue they are the best in the business.
