It’s a good idea but they are so busy it takes 3 weeks or more for someone to come out and fix whatever is wrong with their system. After about 4 months of calls, middle of the night alarm beeping, service calls, I only have about 11 more days till someone will come out and I called around Christmas. It’s almost a scam, they lock you into a 3 year contract. I’m looking into contacting a lawyer and the consumer protection agency, it’s like bad John Grisham novel. If you want security get a bat or a firearm not ADT. You can get someone in sales in 30 seconds but not in the service department, you’ll be put at the bottom of a very long list. I’ve filed a complaint with the BBB but that should only take about 3 months and they’ll respond that they’re sorry which is nice but doesn’t get the system fixed. UPDATE: I complained to the BBB and that got their attention, got everything fixed and it’s working great so good job to ADT. Thanks
