I have been in the store several times and had unpleasant experiences. The man who helped me seemed less than eager to explain things, and when he did made me feel stupid for asking. Very condescending for trying to make sales!
I came in again and asked one of the younger ladies for help with chemicals, she explained everything clearly and seemed happy to help. So i decided to give the store another chance. But when i came back a different lady helped me and was very sarcastic, seemed less than eager to assist with much of anything. Definitely wont be going back

the worst experience I’ve every had. not only do they not show up when they are supposed to, but there lack of knowledge leads to terrible work. then to top it off, they sexual harass and act like juveniles constantly doing cat calls and other grotesque displays. go any where else, save your self a lot of grief.

I went to all city pools today. I needed help with chemicals and filters for our new hot tub. I have no idea of what I’m needing! The woman walked me over to the chemicals and pointed where the filters are then walked away. I went back up to the extremely cluttered counter and ask for help. She snapped at me, rolled her eyes and went back to gossiping with her coworker. I walked out! I’m not giving them my $$!! ZERO customer service! And a snotty sales person!!! And no price tags! I’ll order online.

All City definitely has the market cornered in Denver on pool and spa equipment. The staff is generally friendly and helpful, they have a wide selection and can order almost anything they don’t stock in a day or two.
I dinged them one star for price — nearly anthing they sell is cheaper if you’re willing to wait a couple of extra days to have it shipped from an online supplier. I dinged them one more star because they have terrible hours and they’re not very centrally located, so getting there before they close is always problem.
