Sorry Unilocalers– I hate bringing down a near perfect score. I scheduled with Billy for a Friday, then I took the day off from work… Billy cancelled on me a few hours before due to «rain», although there was NO RAIN all day at my house… so…I enjoyed the beautiful day off, but was pissed & highly inconvenienced by the no show. Days off are limited and hard to come by. Anyone else hate burning a vacation day for window washers to no show?
Then he wanted to reschedule and «squeeze me in» at 7 am in a couple of weeks.
I cancelled and am trying someone else. I cant afford another missed appointment due to «rain».

Absolutely awesome, starting with estimate (same day and on the money!) and scheduling. I needed a quick appt. Despite a hugely busy period he gave me a prime time with a backup in case I wasn’t ready. I wasn’t, and he accommodated me. On time. Very very professional. I liked the way he communicated with his employee, not ‘this is the way to do it ’ but ‘this is the way I find most effective’ along with full trust. I mentioned a mirror that had some adhesive on it. He did that mirror and all of them at no extra charge. He explained every scratch or speck that he couldn’t remove, not defensively but to explain the nature of glass. I CANNOT RECOMMEND BILLY AND HIS COMPANY HIGHLY ENOUGH!!!

This is a great window cleaning service. Billy’s a super nice guy, and his attention to detail is unmatched. He also gave me a 15 minute window for an appointment — not the regular 2 – 3 hour window you get from a lot of these services. He was very professional in terms of communication throughout the job. Their prices are fair, and work was top notch. Hire ACW if you need window cleaning!

Billy cleaned the windows at my home prior to putting the house on the market and WOW what a huge difference. He took his time, placed tarps down over my carpets, cleaned all windows, tracks, and screens! His pricing is fair and honest. I have give him an A+ on his quality of work.
