I cannot speak highly enough of Always Moving. Terrin was sensational, scheduled me in on late notice, confirmed times and locations and had his team out on time.
Tony and his partner performed the move, they were TROOPERS! The new house is all stairs, and daunting. They never slowed down or took a break, it had to be exhausting. They were kind, courteous, professional and VERY CAREFUL with my furniture. THANK YOU so much. I highly, highly recommend using Always Moving!

We called Terrin in a rush. My husband had just received a job opportunity in California, and we had 2 weeks to pack and move. We had accumulated 10 years of life and 3,000 sq. ft. of belongings that had to go to 2 different locations. Terrin was nonplussed. He had everything under control at all times. He handled both moves (one to a storage facility in Denver and one to California) without a hitch. His employees were professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. Always Moving took a complicated move and simplified it with impeccable service and a smile. Their rates were fair and more than reasonable. They were certainly less than their competitors. After unpacking most of our boxes now, we can say with certainty, that we’ve never had a better moving experience. They didn’t even break one light bulb! No one could ask for more from any moving company. Too bad there are only 5 stars because Always Moving is definitely a 10!

They did a fantastic job!!! I would recommend to anyone. 4 guys and a truck. Owner was there the whole time overseeing and helping in the move. They were accommodating with our move from a storage unit to a house and then from one house to another. Rarely took breaks, worked their butts off. Wrapped all my furniture with pads and cardboard with no furniture damage. Everything was put where I wanted it to be placed and asked questions if the box was not marked. They even made sure I wanted the furniture in the right place before they left. They put together the beds and even the mirror on the bedroom dresser which saved me time and energy. They stayed until the job was done and even came back another week to move furniture after my floors were installed to help with the buffet at no additional charge. Their bid was lower than the other companies I called. They were friendly and respectful. Hopefully I won’t need to move for a while, but if I do, I will use them again.

Moved us from Denver, CO to Charlottesville, VA — move went wonderfully. There were hiccups along the way, but Always Moving handled all professionally and made us very satisfied customers. A walkthrough was done ahead of time to review all of our items and discuss packing tips. When they arrived, they had underestimated the size of truck that was needed, and ended up renting a second truck and driving both across the country, at no extra charge to us. This delayed their schedule on Day 1 (were loading well into the evening), but we left the keys to the house with them and everything was loaded and made it to Virginia on time. They didn’t mix our things with any one else’s — they were therefore able to drive straight to our new place and unload everything as planned, only three days later. They also towed our car.
All of our items arrived and nothing was damaged. They unloaded everything quickly and put it where we asked. The movers and company owner were all friendly, professional, and careful. What more could we ask for?!! Highly satisfied.

DO NOT USE!!! Hiring this company is the absolute WORST decision you can make!!!
I made an appointment on Tuesday to move our belongings from our one house to our new one, two blocks down the street. Not only did these two men completely disregard every label on the boxes, they left my new house in complete shambles! My kitchen table was left upside down on my front porch, they dinged every wall they passed with the furniture, the items I specifically told them to put downstairs were left in a pile in the middle of the living room. Boxes that were clearly labeled «master bath» or «master bedroom» or «kids room» we’re either left in the front entry way or piled high in the living room.
To make matters worse, these two men charged me $ 715! They were slow, disrespectful, and ended up stealing from us.
The owner chose to ignore my complaints, and disregarded the opportunity to correct the horrendous job his employees left me with.
Please please do NOT use this company if you want your move to run smoothly!!!

I have moved 5 times in the past 13 years, and this company was the worst ever. They moved like molasses and did not fill their truck completely, and after 2 trips across town (they followed me but refused to drive over 20mph) and 12 hours they still had not emptied my house which was 4BR but had 2BR empty, so I had to get additional movers the next day to complete the move. They scratched my furniture, dented my file cabinets, broke a futon frame and refused to put filing cabinet draws back in their frames. They are now refusing to cover the damage because I did not file a claim within 24 hours. I would never use these guys again.

They were great! We used 2 movers and it took them 4 hours to totally move us, they were both very professional and hard-​working. No issues at all. I would definitely reccommend!

The two man crew that handled our move was AWESOME! They were fast and efficient while being careful and respectful of our furniture and personal items. I would recommend the Always Moving guys to everyone I know when it comes time for them to move.
