Had a show on display that was no longer sold online. Would not sell the floor samples. I just don’t think that it’s fair to display a product that is no longer available. The sales people were helpful in the sense of telling me where to look online at other retailers but overall 1 start for my overall disappointment :/

I feel that the service is hit or miss. And I hate to be so particular … But the selection at the Boulder store is better:(will always be a fan of the product though!

I shop here about once a month and love this location, the staff is nice but the managers are the best! They are extremly helpful and so awesome! I own about half the store now lol i luv athleta clothing very flattering and compfy. I get tons of compliments all the time. I will keep shopping at cherry creek Athleta, my favorite store!

I have become an Athleta devotee over the last year. Their workout clothes are very high quality. Their dresses and skirts are feminine and beautiful while still being functional and practical. I often wear the dresses to work and the workout clothes to play.
Athleta clothes still maintain their quality and form after countless washes, unlike a lot of less expensive workout clothes.
The Athleta in Cherry Creek mall is great. The staff is always very friendly and helpful. I consistently have a wonderful experience here.

It is nice to have an actual Athleta brick and mortar store, but it is even nicer to have a bigger Athleta store in Park Meadows Mall. I have been to both locations, and much prefer the Park Meadows location (although there is no Unilocal for that location as I write this review). This store is smaller than the one at Park Meadows, so naturally, it has less of a selection. The customer service I received at the Park Meadows location was far superior to the customer service I received at this location. The clothing itself is somewhat pricey, sort of on par with the prices at Lululemon. Athelta offers more than just exercise clothing, they also have casual clothing such as sweaters, coats, slacks, skirts, and dresses. Their return policy is quite liberal, offering you a chance to return an item after you worked out in it. Unfortunately, while the catalog has footwear, it is not available in the brick and mortar stores.

I love Athleta clothes and was so excited to see one coming to Denver.
Great service, in the store and in the dressing room, but not all items in catalog are in the store. (all the items I wanted, it seems.)
Still have to mail order, but they will waive shipping charges for the faster shipping if you do it in the store.

I was super excited to learn that Althleta was opening a store in Denver and I’ve been there twice since they opened in early July. The staff are all very friendly and it’s nice to be able to try on the clothes before making a purchase. The store is a little smaller than I had imagined, so there are several things in the catalog and online that are not available in the store. They also have a fairly limited quantity of merchandise in each size, so I haven’t always been able to get what I wanted in the store. If you can’t find the size you need, be sure to ask — sometimes there’s additional inventory in the back. The store is located on the upper level next to Nordstrom (I had a hard time finding it on my first visit as they aren’t listed in the mall directory yet).
