Joey at Backyard Dreams was incredibly knowledgeable about the product, and his pricing was very competitive. He was flexible with scheduling installation and did an amazing job! My kids LOVE the trampoline and my husband is especially happy about the double-​bounce safety protection. My favorite part is that it is dark green and black (and not some obnoxious bright color), so it blends into our forest-​scape backyard.

We just moved 3 weeks ago and my 3 kids left behind the only house they have known. They also left behind their beloved playset. At closing they met the little girl who was going to enjoy the playset for years to come and we promised them that the new big kid house (with no baby safety things) brings big kid toys. So, we set of an a search for the best, most affordable trampoline. It was hard because I knew this would bring some safety risks, but I think they are ready for something great. Sure we could have bought our AlleyOop Trampoline on Amazon and installed ourselves. After watching him put it up though, I would never want to attempt this and risk doing something wrong. We paid with cash (another tip for local buying) and got a great deal! The kids have spent the morning jumping and will hopefully spend tonight sleeping! Joey really went above and beyond with all my requests to make things safe, making a special trip to see our yard and contacting the manufacturer for specific questions. We purchased an Allly Oop trampoline from Backyard Dreams earlier this spring. We have three kids and I don’t think a day has gone by since April that at least one of them hasn’t enjoyed jumping on it. It can seem like quite an investment up front, and gracious knows there are many other cheaper trampolines available, but the old adage «you get what you pay for» is never more true than when it comes to trampolines. The quality of this equipment is top-​notch and I’m not worried we’ll be having to deal with malfunctions or disrepair for a long time. It also provides a peace of mind knowing my kids and their friends are jumping on a superior piece of equipment– they might hurt themselves, but it certainly won’t be because of a failure of the tramp. And while the product alone is significantly better than any backyard trampoline I have ever seen, the service and dependability of the supplier is what makes this purchase so worthwhile! Joey is professional, knowledgeable, and goes out of his way to provide his customers with unbeatable service. With Backyard Dreams, you get the best of the best, both in product and customer care!

We recently bought a Ally Oop trampoline from Joey at Backyard Dreams. Our experience was great. We had been to a couple of places before ending up here and it was really refreshing to have an adult talking to us about the product. All of the other showrooms were run by teenagers, and when it comes to the safety of my kids, I wasn’t completely comfortable that they weren’t just trying to make a sale. I felt confident that Joey was knowledgeable about the products (he also has kids, so there was some comfort with that as well). He was able to come to our house within a couple of day to install our trampoline and it has been in constant use ever since! When I look at the trampolines that other people have in their yards, I can tell that we have a far superior product. If you are looking for a trampoline, I would highly recommend an Ally Opp and I would definitely recommend Backyard Dreams as your dealer.
