I called Bare Essentials because I had lost my makeup on an airplane and I was in a city that had no sephora, Ulta, let alone Mac or Bare Essentials. I know, sounds like a hell town, but that’s where I was. Anyway, I called my Pavillions store, where I by all my foundation. I needed to know my matte foundation color so I could rush ship my color to this Podunk town. Monica answered. she was delightful and helpful. She looked me up in the system, because I am a Bare Minerals member(whatever that is called). She found my color and saved my «face». I love it when customer service is kind and helpful with no benefit to themselves when it comes to sales quotas or otherwise. Thank you Monica and thank you Pavillions Bare Essentials!

This review is about the service at this particular boutique, NOT about the products. Theses products are top notch! I work downtown so, on nice days I will walk the 16th Street Mall for exercise & some shopping on my lunch hour. Last fall before it got cold, I had gone in for a few products and the gals there were smart, sassy and professional. Today I went in to get some of their five in one I cream shadow. The service gals from last fall are no longer there. The girls that are there in their place are nice & knowledgable but also rough, tacky and somewhat unprofessional. I’m super disappointed! If I didn’t already know how wonderful the products were, I would be a little nervous about one of them applying anything to my face. Their whole demeanor does not inspire confidence.

I never know what shade of foundation I need – it seems to be ever-changing. The girls here always help me find the right one, and in the process I usually get a fresh makeup application! They are very nice, and not just for fixing my shoddy makeup routine. I really appreciate that while they are introducing me to new products, I never feel pressured. If this is their strategy to get me to be a regular customer, I think it’s worked. Going to Ulta to stock up on Bare Escentuals gives me a bit more anxiety now, knowing that I probably won’t get the kind of attention I get here. I’ve never thought myself a gal to go get her makeup did, but the last time I was in here the girl who helped me told me that they do such things. They can even give tutorials on how to do eye makeup and such, and I just might take them up on it someday.

I love this makeup and typically order it online but wanted to speak to a sales associate about a concealer. I was also in need of more foundation. Carmen answered all of my questions, was kind and helpful, got me all set up and was extremely knowledgeable about the products. Carmen was able to tell me which makeup brushes were cruelty free in a snap which was appreciated. Having an exceptional customer service experience truly enhanced my admiration for this fantastic line of cosmetics.

I’ve been using Bare Escentuals products for about 6 years now! I was a believer way before the infomercial came out. Now I’m what my husband calls a Bare Escentuals junky! I blame the fact that my office is practically across the street! I love, love, love all of their makeup. Their Buxom lip gloss is addictive. the staff is friendly and full of helpful tips!

I love the Bare Escentuals boutique! We’re lucky to have one here in Colorado(though I wish there was one in Boulder, but I can deal :)). I have SO much of their makeup, yet I always seem to find more that I «can’t live without» whenever I visit the boutique. I love their foundation, eye colors, blush, lip gloss(buxoms!) and pretty much everything else they make. Also, on a cool note, they come out with limited edition philanthropy eye shadow colors that come out a few times a year(and are only available at the boutique and on their online site). I try to collect those because the proceeds benefit whatever charity they’re supporting at the time. Just a thought :) I like to be philanthropic with my purchases whenever I can! Definitely go check out the boutique if you’re a BE fan or if you’re curious about the brand!

Highly recommend their products. After watching their infomercials about 50 times since I have insomnia I wanted to try them out. So far so good, I have received numerous compliments about my complexion and the Mineral Veil really does wonders on my T Zone. I bought a started kit for $ 75 and it came with everything, including 3 brushes. You can buy a kit on TV for 2 easy payments of $ 29.99 or at Sephora for $ 60(but you don’t get a compact in that kit).
