So disappointed. Will NEVER use again! I don’t know why these people are still in business! I ordered a birthday bouquet to be delivered and it got delivered really late that day. It was NOT the flowers I ordered! I ordered bright pink and yellow. happy flowers. A white Easter bouquet got delivered. When I called Beautiful Blooms to see if they’d been delivered, the lady I spoke to you was VERY rude.
DO NOT order or buy flowers here!

DO NOT use this company. After placing an order for the ever important (and time sensitive) funeral arrangement, the $ 120.00 bouquet was never delivered. When attempting to call during business hours, was directed to a «This mailbox is full» voicemail message.
Just received an email from Teleflora, stating that my card had been refunded due to ‘unavailability of the florist’. Steer clear.

terrible service. Did not deliver birthday flowers… we had no idea until we called the birthday person. when we called the shop multiple times… no one answered so I drove there. the lady was rude-did not care if they had not completed a delivery. I would NEVER recommend this shop to anyone. They will not deliver.

My flowers never arrived! I found this flower shop about two months ago and was very excited because my first order was delivered with a confirmation email and the flowers were nice. BUT, I made the mistake of ordering again and the flowers never arrived. They were for a client who had a baby and since I never received that confirmation I asked (tacky, I know). I have called and called, the fact that they do not pick up the phone at the shop is a tell tale sign, but they will not even answer my emails. I gave them a break since it was right before mothers day and figured they may be too busy to help me, but it’s well after the holiday and they will still not make this right. I had to order from another company, but she was home from the hospital. I am going to have to reverse the charge– who has time for this kind of service.

Made the mistake of using this florist for Valentine’s Day. Not only were the flowers not delivered, the florist never bothered to call. When finally I was able to talk with the next day, after multiple attempts, they didn’t apologize but simply wanted to know if I still wanted the flowers delivered. Got them to give a 50% discount on the flowers. Then their Russian delivery man couldn’t read directions and had to call the house 3 times before finally arriving with the flowers at 6pm the day after Valentine’s Day. And the flowers sucked that were delivered. Never, ever will I use this shop again. Website looks professional and that’s where it ends. Stay away!
