I’m not sure what Eric is speaking of. I had a great time at Blood Sweat and Gears. They we’re friendly and helpful. I found they have extensive knowledge of bicycles and parts, as well as, a drive for branching out to the younger generations with extreme sports gear. I have bought two new bicycles from them and found all the factory components were still there. All in all, a great bike shop!

My first experience with Blood Sweat Gears was taking advantage of a Groupon for a basic bicycle tune up– brakes and gear adjustments for only $ 10. You really couldn’t beat it and my mountain bike was in dire need of a tune. The gears would always slip while riding, I suppose the cables were original and just getting worn/​stretched out.
In any case, one of the best decisions to buy the Groupon. The service was outstanding, and the final product was a big improvement on my rides. These guys definitely know a thing or two about bikes so you can feel at ease. I will definitely be bringing the bike back here for additional work if needed.
Although I didn’t purchase anything, the store layout seemed to have everything you would need, bike related.
