It’s Christmas and we needed a last minute flower arrangement. I guess we should have not mentioned that because they were trying to sell us a tiny(two fist size) arrangement for $ 75. Naturally we walked out after they tried to take advantage of us in that way.

I would Like to say that these wonderful people made planning flowers for my wedding so breezy! Most of our conversations or via email and they were very attentive and quick to respond! When I spoke with them on the phone answered all of my questions and left me feeling at ease. Thank you so much for everything that you did for me! I will always recommend bloom for floral needs!

I visited the one in Union Station. This tiny shop has beautiful, high-quality items, which are reasonably priced for the quality. A young woman named Emily sold me a delicate gold ring with mother of pearl. Not only is Emily adorable, she provided excellent customer service without a «hard» sell. I highly recommend!

I have been into Bloom 3 or 4 times while visiting Union Station. I’ve been by myself, with local friends or with friends from out of town. Today was the typical experience: Very snotty sales people and remarkable unfriendly customer service. I was with a friend that had not been to Union Station yet … I was talking up the Station until this experience in the botique — I was embarrassed about the way she was treated, it really put a damper on the visit. I so hope that tourists visiting Denver don’t find their way into Bloom — this place makes for a bad impression of Denver. I will never shop there again.

Walked in on my way to grab the train. Figured, why not? Have a little time to kill. Wow! Sales person didn’t even acknowledge my coming in. Huge amounts of attitude with a lot of overpriced crap. Not impressed & won’t be back. Only ended up killing about five minutes but I could’ve spent five minutes in another store.

This boutique florist is first class. The flowers and arrangements are stunning. But the number one reason we will continue to buy flowers from here is their outstanding customer service. I had an issue with some of the flowers not lasting as long as I felt they should. Within 24hrs of my complaint they replaced the whole arrangement. Both very gracious and professional. Without a doubt the best in Denver.

I have a big crush on this place. Form the luxurious textiles to the gorgeous blooming flowers, BLOOM is a place to find some serious inspiration. Definitely worth a stop by.

I wouldn’t normally just walk into a Florist shop unless ordering some flowers or something along those lines. A friend of mine ordered some flowers from here for a Coworkers farewell. He knows a woman that works there. This place had me at hello. You walk in and are immediately relaxed and in the mood for some flowers. The mini arrangement they made for the farewell was perfect, looked like summer and was fragrant with lilies, roses, and orchids. Better yet, my friend forgot about flowers for his Mom’s Birthday and the woman made an arrangement in 5 minutes that looked perfect for a Mothers Birthday based solely on a mans picking of, «I like that flower and that one two». She was able to interpret the male language and hit the nail on the head with that arrangement as well. The store if quaint and full of orchids, candles, and an assortment of fun jewelry. It’s not an inexpensive store by any means, but the quality is up to par and the service is impeccable.

Anushka is amazing! The store, Bloom, is full off beautiful this and thats, perfect for hostess gifts. They have an incredible selection of hand poured soy candles that all smell so fabulous that I had a hard time narrowing it down to 4. They also carry Tocca fragrances and accessories, which is a great line to check out if you are not familiar with them. Ok, so onto their flowers. This is not a typical flower shop where you can walk in and pick out an arrangement from a cooler filled with pre-made items. I happened to walk in when she was creating a centerpiece for another client and ended up buying it(she made another one for the client). Although not cheap, she is reasonably priced for what you are getting and the end product is incredibly beautiful. I cannot take my eyes off of these flowers and received multiple compliments on them during my daughter’s birthday party. Definitely check this place out if you are ever in Cherry Creek. It is adjacent to Houston’s and has parking on the side of the building.
