Good green chili burritos.
Clean.
I don’t know if its me or what but every time I try and go by there to eat… THEY ARE NEVER OPEN!
You can’t do that to the homie. When I want a burrito or chili cheese fries… I want them right now. Not later. Not when you want to be there. Ya heard?
That’s why you don’t have this regular.
But if you are driving by the place and they are actually open, drop in and grab something.
Glad to have them here under I-​70.
They have a coin operated tattoo machine there too, so my daughter can get all sleeved up.

Yep… Bubba Chinos…
It’s just like the Original Chubby’s everything from the chili, to the beans, to the chicharrones. The Only thing different is that the servings are HUGE! I couldn’t even finish my Smothered Mexican Hamburger! It’s like twice the size of the Original Chubs and the food’s just as good if not better! When you come here you better come on an empty stomach cuz your gonna need it to tackle these man size portions of scrumptious food!
You definitely get your money’s worth here.
I’ll definitely be back to Bubba Chinos. Yum!
