Well, I believe I have bed bugs. They came to treat while I was at work and I left a message to have them call about what bugs I have… never called.
They showed up a week later to spray because (I guess I do have bed bugs!)
I have called the office twice to try to talk to ANYONE about my treatment… not one return call.
It’s very hard to manage treatment with a company who won’t call you back.
Not sure why I’m getting terrible customer service when others claim they rock!
