Burger King

Every time I go here my order always gets messed up or missing thing. Month ago I order chicken fingers with sauce. Left and went to school and Chicken fingers were almost burnt and noticed no sauce. Today got 10 chicken nuggets with sauce deal. Counted the nuggets only got 9 and no sauce again.

Scariest place I’ve been to in awhile… Who would’ve known that bathrooms with door codes are STILL not safe? Went in with my 2.5 potty training tot to find both stalls occupied. Not unusual, except for the fact that you could see multiple pairs of feet in one stall and the other with a girl (nice and high enough) who vacated after 10 mins. She hung around to get back in after I rushed us out. Needless to say, the others stayed put as well. The «sounds» were horrific. I couldn’t leave fast enough. Trust me, you really don’t need to pee that bad.

Don’t bother to even slow down…
Stopped by for a late lunch on a Saturday afternoon, around 2. When I asked the clerk for the code to the bathroom in order to wash my hands BEFORE I received food, the clerk snapped at me, «Not without a purchase.» I was taken aback by this rude and snotty girl’s attitude and asked if I could first wash up before ordering so my food didn’t sit and get cold. She snapped, «Not without a purchase. » So I asked her, «Are you saying I shouldn’t have lunch here? » She snapped back, «I could care less if you have lunch here.»
Done.

I would rather set myself on fire than come back here. If I didn’t have to pee I would have never walked in.

Everyone bags on this location, but I didn’t have any issues with it particularly. Then again, it was an «I need some food, stat» after taking the light rail back from an interview downtown. Or at least what passes for food. I’ll give BK a pass on this because they actually grill beef unlike certain other chains I won’t mention — they have a solid «dollar menu» which I got a bacon cheeseburger and spicy crispy chicken sammie from, which was enough to satiate me until I got home. Yes, the location does have a certain «ghetto feel» about it and I am sure, especially after dark, that the walking homeless do sometimes approach others for change or what not. *I* was not approached; it was noontime — and at any rate, that is no reflection on the restaurant, its policies or service, so… I’m discounting all that. If you need food and you’re taking the light rail back to your car or a bus stop or downtown, this isn’t a horrible option.

Worst service ever, especially at night. The females that work there are completely rude and gossip with each other and play on their phones the entire time they should just be doing their job.
The management obviously doesn’t care how their staff behaves because this always happens here no matter what night you go. You’re treated like a piece of s*** because the girls that work there are so miserable. They don’t even deserve their minimum wage pay.
Go here if you want to waste at least 20 minutes and want to feel what it’s like to want to punch someone in the face.

2 Wi-​Fi hotspots here, «Burger King» doesn’t work, «attwifi» does work (after a Burger King sponsored ad is watched).
If I had only checked the other reviews’ I wouldn’t have been so terrifyingly surprised…
…I saw a POOR person, just like on TV! Except right there with me in the store!
I think they looked like they were eating food, but I heard on AM radio that that’s what they look like right before smoking the crack cocaines!
The entire time I sat there having my coffee and enjoying the WiFi, I had to repeat my Litany Against Yuppie Fear verses …

The fact that the WiFi didn’t work on the first try still has me shaken. I’m going to my aromatherapist to have a calming lavender infusion.

I’ve actually never gone inside so I can speak to the conditions therein. I do know it is in an area where you will most likely be approached for spare change or the food you are ordering.
I haven’t had any issues with the food I have purchased from this location. The staff was not memorable so I would say they are not overly friendly but not wretches either.

What everyone else said plus this location was filled with homeless folk and crack heads! Seriously!

When your FAST food takes over 20 minutes… It’s not a very good fast food joint: /​It actually ended up taking about 30 minutes for my food and my boyfriend’s food. They didn’t seem that busy inside, but it was probably because they were catering to the drive thru line.
I know food can take a few minutes to cook, but that’s ridiculous. They seemed to just have forgotten my order, and another lady was waiting because they messed up her order.
On the flip side… they didn’t seem to have enough staff and some of the staff that was there didn’t seem to know what was going on, one girl just looked like a deer in headlights. The manager was nice enough to give us a refund though, so I may be back to try drive– thru and the establishment was clean.

Quite disappointed. No toilet paper and no paper towels. Filthy soda dispenser and they were out of lids. attendant hands me a lid dirty with soda drops. Now there are 2 customers. If their cleanliness is like this when they are not busy. Imagine when they are.

My bkstacker was dry. I hot my food without my drink. Someone was there for a messed up order while the person in front of me didn’t get his drink at all.

I had difficult time at the location for some reason. I ordered my meal at at the drive thru and realized I had forgotten to get some fries for a friend.
Then when I reached the window, where you pay AND get your order, I said I needed to get some more fries, please and started to hand her my cc, she just looked at me like I was crazy and said she couldn’t do that.
When I asked why, she said because you didn’t order at the speaker. Hmm, really? Ok, I said half joking, «would you like me to go back through the drive thru?» She said «yes, that’s what you’ll have to do.»
Sure no problem, I’ll get out onto a busy road to turn back into the joint (lets out on the road not a lot) and then stay in the median for 5 minutes for the cars to pass, and go back thru the drive.
Needless to say, I was totally irritated. GGRR. But I guess it’s a good thing my friend got their fries.

Yeah, I know, it;s Burger King. But they had wi-​fi when I was in dire need. lol And, come on, are they the only fast food joint that has veggie burgers?

The WIFI is good, and the Employees are friendly. They take your order quickly and keep the line moving. The Gripes. One she had to check and make sure the Shake Machine was working correctly. UMMMM K. Then my fries were kinda cold. Not Hot how im usually served them at BK. And they just changed to lunch so No Reason the Fries should of been Luke Warm to Cold. The Double Whopper i had just didnt have that Whopper Taste for some reason that im used too which was off putting.

As Burger Kings go, I’ve had worse. The service is fast, the store is clean, and the staff amazingly non bitter about serving the college crowd from Metro. It’s too bad though, they can’t seem to make a breakfast burrito with hash browns inside. Sometimes the potatoes make no appearance anywhere, other times they will appear on the tray, but not in the breakfast burrito. That’s okay, I can do it myself-​but if you ask for potatoes, you should make sure they are somewhere. Also, there always seems to be sausage in the breakfast burritos that you ordered as meatless. Maybe it’s some kind of faux sausage that does not count as meat? I don’t know, but I can’t say I would recommend chancing it if you’re a vegetarian. All in all though, Burger King is what it is-​so if you’re craving the King, this location is worth stopping at.

I hate it when you are craving a Whopper or a hamburger in general and they don’t serve lunch at 7am!
