Burger King

This store deserves a negative mark. Employees sleeping when should be open. And sleeping in a booth in view, Come on. I will never go to BK again.

I love burger king the food is great especially at this location however the service and management is very poor they used to have a guy with glasses he had incredible friendly skills but i think he quit haven’t seen him in some time also the lobby is always a mess even when its clean have they heard of upgrading their lobby horrible and especially bathrooms

This is my go to place only in desperation.
I can’t stand the smell of the grease inside and only drive thru.
The prices are by far higher than any other fast food chain without any meal that justify them.
The food is saltier than any other chain and not worth the calories. That is why BK is my last choice.

I never make a review, but I had to with this BK. This place is horrible and the customer service is piss pour at best. I went through the drive thru and tried to order a whopper and they told me «they were all out of beef» how in the he’ll does a burger joint not have any beef ?? Of all things and yet they were still open for the day. Another time I was there to get my kids a kids meal (cuz they only eat nuggets and Frys) and yet again they tell me they were out of all chicken. This place is horrible for fast food and should be closed

Went in for Breakfast. Had the French Toast Sticks. They were good and decent. The Ice Machine was out of ice, so we had to bug the lady behind the counter to fill up our cups. She was lite on the ice which was a Plus. But then The Soda ran out as well so we had to bug her again. Being it was only 9am they should of been on top of it better and their was only my group and One person sitting by himself at a table.
And he was drinking coffee.
Its Burger King Hunny. They need to step their game up and run a restaurant better and keep it fully stocked. It wasn’t busy and it wasn’t fine dining.

This place about did it for me in terms of Burger King! I normally don’t review fast food chains unless it was pretty bad and I felt the need to warn others.
Came for breakfast and had a 2 for $ 1.49 sausage burrito coupon, the cashier (in white uniform) kept asking me if I wanted anything else. «Drinks? Hash Browns? Something sweet?» I was like, no, just the burritos, thank you! They tasted fine.
That wasn’t bad at all, but when I was back for lunch (yeah I know, what the hell was I doing? lol. Oh I know, I really wanted to try BK’s new line of BBQ sandwiches and sweet potatoe fries), another cashier (in gray uniform) greeted me and she was a lot friendlier. But right after she took my order and put it in the computer, she must have changed shifts or something and went to clean tables instead. The previous cashier in white uniform had to pack up my food. And she gave me regular fries when I had ordered sweet potato fries. When I pointed that out, she was like «but that’s not what’s in the order!» OK, maybe the girl in gray uniform made a mistake but arguing with your customer??? What’s worse, she replaced the fries with some greasy, burnt but turned cold, bottom of the basket sweet potato fries that tasted so bad and reeked of old oil residue, way to hold a grudge and kill your products, lady!
The bacon sundae I was looking forward to was pretty awful too. Yes there were lots of bacon strips, which I saw her opened a prepackaged bad and emptied into the sundae cup. Yes they were crispy, so crispy and hard that they poked my mouth and tongue! So I’ve concluded these are old, hard bacon strips. I had the Carolina BBQ Whopper recommended to me and it tasted just like a regular whopper except worse, because of the addition of some runned down BBQ sauce I’m pretty sure is the same BBQ dipping sauces (except more watery) given out with chicken strips. Maybe the BBQ sandwiches taste better at another location? I’ll never find out because I’ve lost confidence in BK.
