Worst land lord ever. Before we moved out he said once we were moved out he was totally renovating the apartment. We got a letter today for «cleaning» new carpet and filling of holes in the wall (we never hung anything) so he kept our deposit to help pay for these things. Even when we moved out the carpets we steam cleaned. He also would walk into our apartment with out notice and would regulate when you could use the AC. It is not worth the stress or the cheap rent stay away very far away. Please head our warning.
