We rented this house for a long weekend. Charming country land with no traffic, with beautiful mountain views from every window. Great wood stove for keeping warm and toasty after day of skiing. The new kitchen is a fabulous gourmet delight with everything you could possibly need. The house is roomy and was comfortable for group of 8. We took some long hikes, did some antiquing in Arkville and Margaretville. The country auction on Saturday night is a fun stop in and you can pick up some good barbecue at the Cha Cha Barbecue Hut. We skied at Belleayre and went snow tubing at Plattekill — all close by. We’ll be back!
