put me on a roller coaster and watch me throw up. I’ve been treated for my injury by this office for a long time, I am sorry I ever heard of this office. Doctors are just looking to do surgery’s and get money when the operations are not salving the problem thy put you in contact with the nurse practitioners and wash there hands of you like what thy did to me.

I was referred to this practice by my regular primary care doctor and specifically to Ruth Beckham. (by my father who when found this was the practice I would be going, was her patient at one time) to this practice.
I am being treated by Ruth Beckham and I have always felt like she is honest, trustworthy and very knowledgeable. She listens to my concerns and questions regarding my medical treatment. I have a great deal of confidence in her and her treatment of my medical condition. She is very responsible and has always responded to my messages in a very timely fashion. She has never made me feel rushed.
Staff is equally as attentive, with the exception of two individuals. One office staff and one medical professional.
I would recommend this practice to loved ones and family if they were certain to get Ruth as their medical professional, without any hesitation. There are also other very good medical professionals at this practice that I have been fortunate enough to meet and be treated.
On the other hand, if I had to endure the treatment of the other «medical professional» that I have to deal with on occasion, I would run for my life. She is reckless, rude, inexperienced, unconcerned and would be the only reason I would not return or recommend this practice if she were the only option. Her verbal instructions are in complete contrast to her written instructions. She questions everything that is just plain fact and is evidenced by your very own medical records. She has some sort of personal and/​or moral objection to medication. Medication that is medically evidenced that works for you. That alone makes trusting her with your care an impossibility. It is also a very confusing an isolating feeling. Leaving you on the position of having to advocate for proper medical treatment when that is what you are paying her to do. Something that no patient ever needs or deserves.
When you find yourself in the position of having to be referred to a specialist and words like surgery, medication and hospital stay are part of your «new» life, you have to have confidence in the person advising you on the options that are available to make your life whole again.
A patient must feel as if they can trust their health care professional because your life is truly on their hands.
I trust and have the upmost faith in Ruth Beckham.

It is very distressing when your in this business and your own child is at a facility that seems to care less about the relief, response of pain calls, or even the correct op report. I find it extremely interesting that the op report was incorrect on the procedure being the wrong part of the body. When I addressed this, I was told the Doctor would call me with my concern-​HE DID NOT! I was called back by assistant and told no problem I’ll send you a new report with the correct info… Can you imagine??? You hear about this but never think that this will be experienced. The rudeness of the staff to the lack of Dr Issacs attention to detail when he signs a report to at least make sure its accurate. It will be interesting to see the final results, as I WILL take matters where they need to go as far as making sure the CORRECT PROCEDURE and care was given to my son.

AWFUL!!! The only thing that the doctors here care about is $$$$- They jump to the most costly treatment whether it is right for the patient or not. They truly dont care about their patients. I am so upset that I spent so much time and money with these doctors. GO TO DENVER SPINE instead!!! The doctors there will actually spend the time to evaluate you and talk to you like you are a normal human being…
