I don’t get it… reviews looked good, but it was like walking into a dying office minus the cubicles. The guys were kind, albeit a bit awkward, but kind and service oriented. The tea, however, was disappointing. We tried a Ginger Ceylon, which tasted of NO ginger followed by a Cha Cha Chai ceylon, which was a very weak version of a chai. Strange women’s meet-​up group in there also threw us off. We walked out disappointed and glad we didn’t buy anything.

I never write reviews, but I told them I would. This place is so cute. Carissa was extremely helpful and sweet. I was torn between the loose leaf Spice and Vanilla Cinnamon. Carissa insisted I have both and brought two pots with two delicate China tea cups. Both were delicious. When I tried to settle up, she would not let me pay because it was my first time there. I went back the next day and bought the Spice Variety tea bags. I also sampled the Chocolate Mint loose leaf while I was there. It’s as aromatic and delicious as it sounds. One of the owners was there the second time and recommended delicious ways to add flavor to the already fantastic teas.
I recommend lounging here if you have work to do, or simply stopping in a buy loose leaf, tea bags, or pyramid bags. They will definitely take care of you.

I stopped by here today and ran into the friendly owners who explained that this place is closed on the weekends until they can hire someone. Despite this, they invited me in and gave me a free cup of coffee and a muffin. I hope to come back with friends someday during regular business hours.

Amazing, delicious, smooth tea! We got the groupon deal and Jamie really took care of us. She let us sample so many teas and gave us tips on get the best flavor out of each. Also gave us some tips on how to use tea with oatmeal and other foods! The place was so welcoming… and once again, delicious!

Peaceful, friendly, and yummy. Ceylon Pearl offers so many blends of organic teas from all over the world. The miniature communal tables invite you to make friends while enjoying tea and sweets. They also offer paninis and salads. Expect to find people catching up on some reading, or reuniting with old friends.
If you have had a long day or a stressful week, Ceylon pearl is the perfect place to end the day on a relaxing and peaceful note. Especially if the staff is polite as it usually is.

All I can say after coming here is, «Wow.»
Patrick and Jamie are the dynamic duo of tea. I don’t know how I ever survived as a tea drinker before meeting them.
We purchased a Groupon for a tea-​tasting at Ceylon Pearl and it was WAY above and beyond anything I could have expected. Jamie introduced us to 10 different types of teas, all while providing knowledge about where the teas came from and different flavoring techniques. Even though she said it was the ‘blonde version’, I left feeling like I had just taken a class in tea culture.
All of their teas are hand picked and gown in Sri Lanka. You can tell they are very high-​quality. I was extremely impressed with the flavoring of all the different types we tasted. The Spices Black Tea was my absolute favorite and I will be forever indebted to Jamie for introducing me to it (a million thanks to you!).
We left Ceylon with four bags of loose-​leaf tea, two boxes of pyramid tea, three cups and saucers, and a whole bunch of samples. If that is not a testament to how much we LOVED this place, I don’t know what is.
Jamie and Patrick, you have made a life-​long customer out of me. Your dynamic made me laugh and your knowledge enlightened me. Thank you for providing the best tea experience I have ever had.

I would consider this a great place to have a cup of coffee or enjoy one of their many teas, however it might not be the best place to work if you are needing wifi.
Highly recommend for getting together with friends, work meetings (they do have a nice large conference sized table), or coffee and a good book, but if you need to connect to wifi, this might not be the place for you. I have had issues connecting (2 times I was never able to get on) frequently in my last visits. Fortunately I didn’t have to use the internet for anything too intensive and I was able to supplement anything I needed by using my phone. Inconvenient but not impossible. Coffee was still good and that’s really what I came for.
They did tell me the issue is more frequent with Mac users, so if you don’t have a Mac maybe you’ll have better luck ;)

A haven for tea-​obsessed individual like me. The place has a serene, warm atmosphere, and there are lots of thoughtful details, like various types of sweeteners. The chairs are super comfortable, and there are tablecloths on the tables. The shelves are stocked full of tea. I enjoyed my jasmine green tea and a doughnut (I do wish my tea came in a mug and not paper cup). The two older gentlemen playing chess at an adjacent table added a perfect quaint touch.

Great customer service, good food and large selection of teas. The owners are so knowledgeable about teas. I usually run in during the morning hours for coffee and a burrito and in the afternoon for tea. Love this place!

This was a really fun experience. We tried all kinds of tea and just really enjoyed ourselves. A must for tea lover’s.

I went here a few weeks ago and was pleasantly surprised by the staff and the quality tea selection. My wife and I are relatively new to tea and came here out of curiosity one Saturday afternoon. Patrick and the other staff were more than happy to answer questions and let us try any of their teas. We spent close to two hours sampling tea and learning about not only the teas they have in stock but about tea in general. It was pretty hard not to buy all of the teas we sampled but we settled in on the loose leaf Earl Grey and Jasmine Green, which are some of the best tasting teas I have had. I highly recommend stopping in and picking up some tea and chatting with the great staff.

On August 5^th my boyfriend, Aaron, and I visited Ceylon Pearl where we spent an easy five hours in the best company! We were led to it from a LivingSocial deal for a tea tasting and were blown away. Patrick, the store’s proprietor, possessed an infinite amount of knowledge regarding all things tea – types, preparation, and origins among many other things. He treated us with such warmth we left wishing we lived in Colorado just to be regulars here. Many, MANY thanks to Patrick for making us feel so welcome and like family. Whenever we drink our tea at home we think of you!
As for the product and store itself… I’m an avid tea drinker, and I love this tea. Whether you prefer loose leaf, pyramids, or standard bags, all of the teas have depth and flavor. My favorite is the passion green tea! We tried so many that day and were impressed with them all. Ceylon Pearl also provides a variety of coffee drinks, if tea isn’t your thing. The food items are great too. Try the homemade chorizo and egg burritos! The coffee cake, tiramisu, and cheesecake were all great as well.
The atmosphere is cozy. If you need a nice place to relax and get away, talk, or study it’s great. It’s cute and homey. I’d choose this over your typical Starbucks or Coffee Bean any day! Pricing is good.
Thanks again for a wonderful time and product! Jennifer, if you read this, take Patrick to Sri Lanka. The man knows his stuff and deserves it more than anyone! ;)

I am sitting at my desk drinking the yummiest cup of hot Peach Tea from this fantastic shop. I never knew this place was here, but they’ve recently added more signage and it caught my eye. What a great find! The owner and his daughter were so nice and very knowledgeable. The drinks and food are all reasonably priced. I will be back many more times now that I know they are here.
This is a must-​try if you live or work in the area (or even if you don’t)!

It’s a shame that I am leaving 1 star for this place because I haven’t even been in it. I paid for some vouchers thru deal chicken to go there and have some tea tastings and buy some teas. I love loose tea and always looking for a new place. All the reviews are 4 – 5 stars. I called 3 weeks ago to schedule an appt like the voucher says for today oct 6, but the man who answered the phone said no appt necessary, and it was open on saturday from 9 – 5 just come on in. So, ok, my husband and I came from 35m away to enjoy a late morning early afternoon trying out teas. THEY WERE CLOSED! I called twice in a 1hr time frame cause I didn’t want to leave if the owner called me back and said she was there. NO RETURN PHONE CALL IN OVER AN HOUR! Major disappointment. Totally bummed. Really wanted to get my cold weather teas stocked up. Guess i’ll have to go elsewhere.
To anyone interested in going, call first before you go. I wish whoever answered the phone knew what he was talking about.

«This is a long way to come for a baby shower. Oh well, it’s for Tiffany; she’s worth the effort. Here’s the address — but this is a little industrial park, this can’t be right. Whew, there it is, on the west side of the building. Hey, this place is lovely, and huge!» Those were my thoughts arriving at Ceylon Pearl. What a great idea! Not a cramped, Grandma’s-parlor sort of tea house, but an expansive modern one with so many individual teas and gift collections that the mind is boggled. I ended up with tea and a neat brewing gadget called a BREWT, a pot that uses less tea and strains the finished product out the bottom directly into your cup. It’s clear so you can watch the brewing process, too. The owner Jen is the real treasure here. She makes every visitor feel like a cherished guest. Go and develop your tea palate. You won’t regret it.

If you answered yes, then you really need to get your rear over to Ceylon Pearl. This sweet little tea shop is in the last place you would ever expect to find a place with a vast assortment of tea and tea brewing accessories. It’s tucked into a business park just off Iliff in Aurora, but if you have a car, it is well worth the drive.
Jennifer, the owner, is extremely knowledgeable about tea and she loves to share her knowledge. Also, if you’ve never had a cup of tea brewed the right way, you really need to get on that.
She also offers her space freely for small group meetings and high tea. I have to say, I think this is a perfect place to have a weekly or monthly meeting. It’s quiet, but there’s still plenty of space.
Also, they’ve started making and selling tea gift baskets as well.

What an awesome business but in a kinda out of the way spot! Jennifer the owner is a gracious hostess as well as a wealth of info on teas! The perfect spot to have a small event! I hope her product gets picked up by one of the grocers so that she prospers because this is the type of family owned business that should succeed! Best of luck Jennifer and we will see you again! This is one of Denver’s hidden jewels, not only the shop but the delightful owner, Jennifer, as well. Jennifer is turning her shop into a community center; a place to learn, enjoy, and explore. She offers classes in tea tasting, classes telling the benefits of drinking tea, and of course her shop is filled with teas; all from her family’s Sri Lanka plantation. She will show you videos of The Lavender House, a breath taking destination resort in the center of the tea plantation. You learn how these teas are hand picked, not machine picked. And the flavors… chocolate mint, spice, vanilla bean, and more.
So for tea drinker, this is the place. And if you are searching for a fun place to hold an event, again this is it. You can even do a high tea, you bring the high tea treats and Jennifer serves the tea. .
(It is across the street from Sonic. Turn right on Trenton if heading east and go around the back. You will be glad you took the time to find Ceylon Tea.)

I first met the owner at the Denver County Fair. Jennifer, the owner, is wonderful. I feel in love after first smell and taste. They have a huge selection teas from bagged to loose leaf.
If you know someone who loves tea you need to get them into the shop — it will be like a kid in a candy store. They stock flavors like hazelnut, chocolate mint, mango, strawberry.
For every tea drinker (cold or hot) they have a new contraption called BrewT. You add your tea and then boiling water, wait for the steeping process to happen and then put the BrewT over your glass and it begins filling your cup. If you want instant ice tea just add tea to your glass and wham, bam, thank you ma’am you have ice tea. It is really that easy. There is no pouring and spilling just right into the glass.
This little shop will change your tea drinking forever. A must stop.
