UPDATE! I got extreme food poisoning from this location! As I was eating, I kept saying the ranch tasted sour. Sure enough, I was so sick I’ve missed work now. DONOTGOTOTHISLOCATION!!! I cannot warn everyone enough… RUN! Where to begin??? Chilis has gotten rid of all mushrooms, which I don’t understand. I have been getting the same thing for year and now it’s gone. Okay, now our visit. Out server was nice enough. But the food… terrible. Terrible doesn’t begin to describe what was served to us. My dad got a burrito and couldn’t finish it. Which is amazing for him. He said it was enchilada sauce served on his burrito. Mom got chips with guac and queso. By far, the most memorable queso we have ever had. The sauce was red and burnt and left a coding in your mouth that you couldn’t get out. I ordered the Loaded boneless wings. They looked and tasted like they had been left under the red light for over 10 minutes. The ranch they served tasted sour and I won’t be surprised if I’m sick tomorrow. I’ve always been cool with chilies. But after this, I will never, ever go back. It was the worst meal I’ve had in years. By far.

Awful! The Queso tasted greasy and like it had no cheese. The burrito had enchilada sauce. It was so bad my husband didn’t finish it. That is a first! The smothered, boneless chicken wings were hard as rocks. And that pay for game that they stick on the table is infuriating. We go there for a meal, if we wanted games we’d use our phone How rude to place that before a family with kids. I could see where the kids would want to play and the parents would have to say no due to the additional expense. It could easily ruin a meal. If Chili’s needs the extra 2 dollars that badly, well then maybe it’s time for Chilli’s to shutter it’s doors. Taste wise — I think that it’s already time. However, the wait staff were very nice.

Over the years Chili’s has de-swagged, de-antiqued, and changed its menu, trying to keep up with more forward-thinking chains, but never quite succeeding. I can’t figure out what their aversion to flavor and quality is. I had a ribs and shrimp combo, and the quality was no better than what I could do on my own, heating up pre-packaged food at King Soopers. The meal was different than what was described on the menu, and yes, I would have asked for it to be made whole, but even as the server stopped by and asked/exclaimed«does everything taste awesome?» I just didn’t want to put the energy into speaking up. I looked at the fajitas ordered by a tablemate, and it looked so blah, totally void of any spice or sizzle. And it comes with a boat of different toppings, with the tiniest portions you have seen, like Barbie eats there and is on a diet. In the end, the value to price ratio just wasn’t there. The service itself was fine, and the tablet/video game terminal makes it easy to split the check. But if were hungry and looking for food, this wouldn’t be the first place on my list.

There’s a lot of back story to this review, but I’ll try and make it quick and painless. When we moved to Colorado, we were at the Towneplace Suites where I could see this Chili’s everyday for the 6 ½ weeks we were there… and yet, we never visited this location as we were busy trying to find a place to live(that wasn’t a hotel) and find places we hadn’t eaten at before. We were seeing a movie and decided to go to Chili’s as it shares the parking lot. We sat in the bar so I could watch Hockey and we could get out as quickly as possible to get to the movie. We ordered from the 2/$ 20 and it was a great deal! We had one little problem, my steak was cooked about 27 degrees past what I ordered and was almost to the point of being inedible for me. When I say«little problem» it was just that. Jolene, our server, came by and saw how the steak was cooked and immediately offered a new one. We only had about 15min to eat at that point, so I had to just eat what was in front of me. Jolene immediately got the attention of Melissa(Manage) and Melissa came right over to deal with it. After agreeing with both Jolene and myself about the steak, she asked what she could do. We were going to add movie tickets to out check and Melissa said she would cover one of them. We were happy with the accommodation and talked about how Chili’s really does take care of any issue as we had a problem at a California location a couple years ago and it still is something we talk about when confronted with situations that aren’t handled that well. Besides the attention to corrected our experience, what we ate was filling and tasted great. The icing on the cake was how we were treated and asked to come back soon. I would recommend this specific location to anyone that wants good tasting food, great service, good value, and a very friendly environment. Thank you ladies, we will be back soon!

it is a tradition to take my seven year old there before going to the movie theater it shares a parking lot with. It is cheap, kid friendly, food is decent and diverse. I love nice restaurants, but when wanting to relax with my kid this can’t be beat.

The service is excellent but the prime rib tastes like horse meat. My mistake. However, great place for a cheap drink before the movies. I’ll be back.

Chili’s, My favorite place 2 for $ 20. This location was interesting the service was very odd she was gone for long periods of time but when she was at our table the service was ok. There was a bit of confusion from the beginning an lack of explanation about pricing. Hubby and I ordered guacamole, salsa for the appetizer. Main course fajitas steak and chicken that were scrumdiddlyumptious. We also ordered a strawberry lemonade. I don’t know how long will be till I come back here due to the service but the food is always good and consistent.

Well, I was pretty much destined to visit this Chili’s as my boyfriend’s truck broke down on the freeway which happened to be right next to a Chili’s. All we had to do was hop the fence and he could down his sorrows in a couple of margaritas for $ 6.49. What a deal! Kelly, our bartender, was so sweet and empathetic to our plight. My boyfriend’s brother got 2 pints for $ 10. Not a bad deal either. Also, the chips and queso were quite tasty, too. We’ll all be back again thanks to the great customer service, awesome drink specials and yummy food. Chili’s really did its best to help us forget that we almost died on the freeway. Almost.

Service wasn’t good. We were left with no refills. They got 3 out of 4 of our orders wrong. Rewards kiosk didn’t work. Kinda all around icky. But they do get some stars because the food did taste good.

Second time i been in here and this girl bartender has been rude and angry. Told us if we order food at this time it will be spit in. Such a trashy girl. On top she bragged about her life and how she is moving to California to be better then us. Tramp will learn her lesson soon

First off, our server Leslie was awesome! She took great care of us. It was really nice for a Sunday afternoon and wasn’t too crowded. We didn’t have to wait to be seated Only complaint is it felt rushed to the bill.

I love Chili’s but last week when I went there for dinner I was very disappointed to see the new menu that didn’t include the grilled chicken Caesar salad! That’s the only reason I went there! I asked the waitress, just to make SURE, she said they no longer have the dressing! Really?!? So your taking the salad off the menu because you no longer want to make the dressing? I didn’t end up ordering anything and went somewhere else. PLEASE stop changing the menu! Sincerely, very disappointed ex customer

Had their lunch fajitas and they were yummy! Smaller serving but same great taste for $ 8.(Includes a side salad) Our waitress was super! She did an exceptional job and our glasses were always filled! Restaurant was clean and modern looking. Sad that this location no longer serves sweet potato fries though! They need to bring them back!

For a chain, this place has been good for our family. Decent service. Varied menu. Take care of issues. I wouldn’t suggest steaks: it’s not a steakhouse. But super for so many things on menu. Been coming to this location for 14 years. Good experience.

I really hate Chili’s because every time I go I feel like I got overcharged for food that’s mediocre at best. Today was no exception. I will say, Chili’s does an excellent job of finding locations for their restaurants. This location happens to be a pretty good half-way point from where my boyfriend and I live and where his dad lives, one of it’s few redeeming qualities. Had a very nice waitress, congrats, redeeming quality #2. We were seated in a decent amount of time considering how busy it was, but from there the good things fade. We were sat at a small table in a corner making the table space small and cramped. Menu is small and overpriced. Restaurant seems busy and understaffed even though there’s no shortage of people standing around. Ordered a salad to come before the entrée, food showed up before the salad so it was complimentary. I asked for no pickles on my cheeseburger and not only did I get pickles, I also got the side of pickles my boyfriend ordered. Nowhere in the description of the burger I ordered did it say it had mustard, if it had I would’ve asked that it be kept off(not that it would’ve made any difference). The replacement bun was another top bun and even after dowsing the burger in ketchup it was still dry with no flavor and fell apart soon thereafter. Between the fries I got and the onion rings my boyfriend got, there were a handful of each. For a crappy $ 10 burger I would’ve expected the fried side embargo to be forgiven, but apparently that was too much to expect. The cucumbers on the salad I got were brown and mushy, I would’ve rather not gotten the unappetizing would-be appetizer at all but I ordered it so that was my mistake. We were charged 99 cents for«table entertain» whatever that means, even though we never touched the stupid electronic thing that sits on the already cramped table. Seems chilis will do anything to get whatever ridiculous irrelevant charges they can. If they decide to go back after today I will not be in attendance, I can make something better at home and save my money for something enjoyable.

First let me say I have very high standards for food as I have eaten in some of the best burger spots in the USA. My three stars a solely based upon the food and not the staff or management. As chili’s is a chain restaurant, I have to consider the bigger picture here. I am a bit more supportive of local mom and pop places since the quality and care seem to take precedence over making a quick buck. This particular location I am growing more fond of each time I visit. On a positive note, really nice locals, come here every weekend. make friends. 2 for 1 beers all day every day. The food. Pretty hit or miss. I will say the burgers have come a long way. Very tasty and feels like they are using decent ingredients. Their table side guac is very fresh and made right. Then there are the thing that are not so good, their salsa is terrible. The chicken is über processed and has no texture as well as fake grill marks. That queso skillet is basically dog food. There are some good fresh ingredients and some that are almost inedible.

So we got to Chili’s at 6 on a Friday. Folks got to eat, so I get that it was busy. What I don’t get is that no one acknowledged the wait, our server didn’t say hello, ask how we were, or even introduce herself. Let’s call her Princess(she had a key card that said that.) Okay, so no pleasantries, but the weirdness didn’t stop there. We started by mentioning the two coupons that we brought to our visit, and we got a little attitude when she described the«one coupon per table» rule that this Chili’s has. At my local Chili’s, I have used multiple coupons before, but how mad can I be over spilled guac? We got through ordering, but no one noticed that we didn’t have napkins or silverware until we were well into our apps. Getting Princess’ attention was pretty difficult. When we finally nabbed her, we finished ordering appetizers(she ran off after we ordered chips) and to request utensils, she returned with everything we wanted. She begun to distribute napkins and silverware – but decided to hold the napkins in her armpit. Gross. Admittedly, when the rush died down, her composure returned. I get it: restaurants get busy. It’s the staff’s responsibility to remain composed and focus on me and make me feel like it is not chaotic. Princess raced off nearly every time she was done interacting with us – often before we were done making requests. For example, she had to make three trips to get boxes. I’m not mad. I still dig Chili’s. But Princess should really focus on how composed she is during dinner rush.

Hubby & I were staying down the road at the Embassy Suites & we arrived too early for check in. We were hungry & thirsty and asked the front desk for recommendations for a local close place. He suggested Chili’s & we were there! We scored because it was buy one get one free beers in the bar. Woohoo! Nice frosty mugs. Hubby had the chicken Caesar salad. Little small in portion size. I had the turkey avocado club sandwich. Amazing! Served with a pile of delicious french fries. Friendly, efficient service. Would go back in a heart beat. :)
