Perfectly acceptable and reasonable Chinese food. Nothing to blow you away, nothing that really stands out. It tastes like the countless other Chinese restaurants I have been to in the United States. Pricing is fine, staff is nice enough, and the location is good. Plenty of parking in the large lots and this is a pretty nice area. Average across the board.

Wonderful Chinese food and fantastic service. We got takeout for Christmas Eve dinner so they were obviously pretty slammed. Our meal took quite a while to prepare, longer than the website said it would, but while I waited I was treated to a glass of ice water(offered free tea) and a couple of free egg rolls. The lady working was very courteous and friendly and gave me a huge«Thank You» for my patience with the order. Food was terrific, perfectly prepared and they took care of us. Thank You!!!

china bejing resturaunt is the worst, worst, major worst resturaunt ever! located on tamarac and hampden in the tamarac shopping center. the most obnoxious wait staff! totally rude owner. abysmal food! worst experience ever! run away from this hell hole of despair. the bathrooms are disgusting. dine there at your own risk! this den of disaster rates a negative bazzillion stars of yuk! they ruined our reunion. refused to refund our money. packed our extremely large to go order in a box that that was wet resulting in a chinese food swamp in our car, hung up the phone twice on me., and it just got worse from there. after asking for a refund the owner spewed that we were no longer allowed in the house of horrors he refers to as a resturaunt. The Health Department will be notified.

The delivery arrived quickly, and the delivery guy was very nice. That being said, this was literally the worst Chinese food my husband and I have ever eaten. We ordered Chicken Chow Mein, but instead we received a soupy, flavorless container of paper-thin chicken and vegetables… no noodles whatsoever… just a TON of flavorless broth with chicken and bean sprouts floating in it. We also ordered the Lemongrass Pork, which did not taste like or seem to contain any lemongrass… in fact, it didn’t taste like anything at all. It was just some unseasoned pork, bell peppers, carrots, celery, and onions. The egg rolls didn’t even have flavor. Is that possible? The rice was cooked well. That’s about the only thing that was done right. So disappointed in this choice.

We tried China Beijing takeout on a whim when we were running errands on a weeknight. We ordered Cashew Shrimp, Orange Beef, and Wor Wonton soup. My husband went in while I waited in the car with our baby, and he reported that the woman working the register was kind and outgoing and insisted we bring the baby in next time. We live across town, so I didn’t actually think we’d have another opportunity to eat there, but I thought that was nice. We got home and… we agreed it was some of the best Chinese takeout we’d ever had. The Orange Beef was sweet and a little spicy and crispy without being greasy. The shrimp were the same minus the spice, and the soup tasted fresh, had plenty of vegetables and meat and wontons in it, and wasn’t too salty, which is often my complaint with Chinese takeout soup. They’d given us free egg rolls, too. Since then, if we have to run Target/Whole Foods errands on a weeknight, we purposely drive down there so we can hit China Beijing for dinner. They’re always friendly, the food is delicious, and the price isn’t bad at all. The restaurant is clean and cozy. Definitely the best Chinese we’ve had in Denver.

Under new management not as good and serve you a bit less as far as take out is concerned. Will not be back

Our new favorite chinese delivery. Good portions(not three pieces of meat and a million veggies like most places), polite on the phone and with delivery. Good kung pao, sesame chicken, hot/sour soup and beef skewers. Fast, yummy and good service.

This is standard fare Chinese dine-in/delivery, but I’ve found the quality very good and speed for ordering in or picking up also good. I’ve tried most of the Chinese places in the immediate area, and this is my favorite.

This place is delicious!!! Not to mention it is EXTREMELY clean. Sure, you can have a faster waitress at a chain restaurant with several sections but our sweet waitress had 8 tables and busted her behind getting everything we asked for quickly. If you gave this place 1 star– BYE! I’d rather appreciate this neighborhood business with a generous tip than hear someone complain and stiff these nice people.

Ugh! I’m out of 2nd and 3rd chances with this place! The staff is absolutely AWFUL! Last time my roommate and I walked out after being ignored for 30 minutes without even being offered water. Today my mother and I mistakenly gave them another chance, the experence was enough to prompt this enraged rant! The hostess yelled a greeting at us across the restaurant and pointed at a table. After a few minutes our server dropped napkins, silverware, placemats, etc. at out table for us to distribute ourselves, without a word or smile. When she came to take our order she treated us like an imposition and that we were burdening her with our order. She even walked away from the table while we were giving her our drink order. She brought us our food, again without a word. The food was alright, aside from being extremely salty. Pretty on par with what you would expect to find at a cheap strip mall Chinese food place. As I was waiting for the check I noticed the server preening herself in the mirror at least 3 times before bringing me someone else’s check! I will NEVER go back to this wretched place and strongly advise against anyone else going there as well!

While the interior is nothing amazing, well it’s pretty much a hole in the wall, the food is delicious! There servers are very attentive, the food comes out quick and hot and the best part is that it is relatively inexpensive! This is what you would expect from a downtown secret that is your go to for quick takeout/deliver expect it’s made its way to the burbs. The lunch specials are great and because of the quick service there is rarely a wait.

Very expensive for the food you get. Tasteless noodles, hard chicken, bad service, everything is dry. Saw roach on the floor when walking to register. Extremely disappointed!!! Wouldn’t even give one star. So disgusting!!! STAYAWAY!!!

$ 35 to deliver two orders of chicken and rice. Their delivery fee must be insane because I could never fathom paying that much for any delivery food for two people. After I asked how much it would be for just one order of chicken and rice($ 22) I hung up the phone and ordered a pizza instead.

This restaurant reminds me of the Chinese restaurants I’d frequent during my childhood — down to the Chinese horoscope paper placemats on the tables. The restaurant is unassuming — situated in a strip mall next to the new Target and an Ace Hardware. The interior is pretty simple but clean, with a few tables and booths lining the walls. The clientele in here are mainly older people — perhaps owing to the retirement communities within walking distance, but also potentially because the place seems reminiscent of American Chinese restaurants past — I could see my grandparents enjoying a meal here. Despite the no-frills interior and the pretty standard menu(they do offer some Thai and Vietnamese dishes as well) — the quality of food here is excellent. I can’t speak for delivery — we ate in(we don’t live near here and just happened to stop by on a trip to Target), but everything was very fresh and piping hot. The portions are MASSIVE for the price — I got a solid three meals out of my entrée. The vegetables were plentiful in both dishes — and were fresh and crunchy — and the meat was also good quality. I don’t mind dark meat chicken, but the chicken in the dish we ordered was all white meat, which I know a lot of people are partial to; no gristle or ‘mystery’ pieces. I did ask that my food was ‘extra spicy’ and it was not particularly spicy, but the flavour was still good and nothing was overwhelmingly sweet or syrupy. The one dish that was breaded was a bit thick on the breading, but it wasn’t unpleasant. My boyfriend ordered the crab cheese wontons — which were again, a massive portion, served with the traditional mustard and sweet and sour sauce. He tends to be a ‘connoisseur’ of them — and he noted that these were excellent and very crispy. Service was polite and not overbearing, our waters were refilled frequently. I don’t have anything negative to say at all — and were I looking for some reasonably priced, basic American-style Chinese fare, I’d happily eat here again. If you’re looking for fancy, gourmet, or a place that puts chopsticks on the table, this is not it — but sometimes you just want some nostalgic Americanized Chinese, and for that, China Beijing fits the bill.

My husband and I had just finished eating and the food was good. I looked to my left and on the wall right next to me was about an inch long cockroach. I grabbed it in the napkin them gave it to the waitress explaining it contained a live roach. I literally watched her walk to the front by the bar and toss it into the bussing bin. I was super disgusted! I wouldn’t even give 1 star but it makes me do it to give a rating. Grossed out!

I live in the area and while this isn’t my favorite Chinese restaurant(I love you, East Café) it’s good for soups and apps. I’m not a fan of their entrees, but if I’m craving it I will get Combo Sweet & Sour since that’s the same almost anywhere(Except East Café, of course hehe).

5 stars for CHINABEIJING!(I should really give this place 4 stars, because the servers are polite and attentive, but the food is so-so/tasty and comes out after a little bit of a wait(but not too long). But I am giving it 5 stars tonight because they saved the day! —well, just my hat. They are really a pleasant group of people, so I enjoy going there.) I had my 2014 Year of the Horse Chinese New Year Dinner at China Beijing, alone, since my family isn’t around to celebrate with. Over the phone, my mom suggested the combination pan-fried noodle and dumpling appetizer, because apparently, noodles and dumplings are appropriate dishes for Chinese New Year. So I did that. Honestly, having eaten in New York City’s Chinatown, I’ve had better, more authentic Chinese food(or at least I like to think so). The dumplings were tasty, and the combination pan-fried noodle plates were fine and filling, but the dumplings were all meat and no veggie/seasoning, and the pan-fried noodles were not crispy at all. However, they were not bad dishes by any means, and the pan-fried noodles had plenty of meat and veggies. I left China Beijing that night with a satisfied stomach, happy that I had fulfilled my obligatory Chinese New Year Dinner. The following night, I realized I had lost my penguin winter hat! I searched all over my apartment, then realized I probably left it somewhere. After backtracking, I called China Beijing, and was promptly told«Hello, China Beijing, can you please hold?» –«OK-” – , and then was put on a 3.5 minute hold. After saying«Hello hello hello,» several times, someone picked up, and I asked if they had found a hat. After some Cantonese dialogue, I received confirmation: «Yes! We have your hat!» I rushed over shortly after dinner to pick it up, exchanged a thanks/your welcome, and left. My ears are warm now, and all is well in the world. And I can look like a penguin again, thanks to China Beijing.
