Chris Lindley

I have been working out with Chris Lindley going on three years now. I have a love for outdoors and have therefore never considered myself a ‘gym rat;’ in fact, I had quite an aversion to the idea altogether. Yet, someway, somehow, Chris Lindley kept me coming back to 5 am classes (I’m also not a morning person either mind you) because of his expertise, compassion, drive, and inexhaustible determination and motivation. There are other times too though, in case you’re wondering.
I sincerely believe his reason for getting up in the morning is to help others achieve their goals at being healthy, optimizing their physical fitness, and achieving their own personal best. What you think is your best Chris thinks is mediocre, which makes you push yourself harder than you ever thought possible. I have never been pushed so hard-​and like it– nor have I ever seen results as I have seen both in myself and everyone else in his classes who stick with it. If you check out a class you can’t help but be astounded by the hard bodies, it’s ridiculous. You would think obesity isn’t an epidemic in this country!
He makes you feel like you’re in a one-​on-​one personal training session in a room with 25 other people. The relationships he builds feel personal, which makes me personally feel believed in. It’s empowering. He will offer to serve as your alarm clock, get you a ride to a class if he can, work out a nutrition plan to match your exercise régime, and serve as your accountability buddy.
He is in it to see you win it. I’m a believer in Chris Lindley. If you want to believe in yourself you should too!
