Chuck, The Water Man

Chuck and his crew are absolutely amazing. On two different occasions, both emergencies, they came through with excellence. He and his wife replaced a dead water softener on July 4, 2006 of all days, not charging us anything extra, and a crew of his replaced our water heater this past weekend, all done with precision and professionalism. I would recommend these folks with no hesitation!

I can’t say enough good things about Chuck the Waterman. I was in a tough situation having a house full of girls without hot water when my water heater went down. You really never know how important hot water is until you’re without it although if you’re reading this review you probably do. Anyway, I had some outfit out here to fix my water heater that told me he needed $ 395 to do a «diagnostic» and that parts and service needed would be on top of that. That smelled a bit funky to me so I called my realtor whom I trust (he’s one of my best friends) and he said I needed to call Chuck. It really made me realize how lucky I was to have someone that I could trust for this type of issue. Being able to know I could trust Chuck was huge and sure enough, there was a situation where he could have charged me a lot for but told me another route (one that wouldn’t make him as much money) was the way to go. Chuck made a very bad situation into one that wasn’t so difficult. I’d never use someone else in that situation.
