I wouldn’t even buy a toaster oven from this company. My partner and I went to Contract Appliances after being referred to them by our kitchen designer. We met Steve Shaw and at first we thought it was going to be a great experience with decently priced appliances. After some back and forth we decided to take the plunge and purchase. Steve neglected to write anything down and out the wrong appliances on the work order. When we called him to fix the problem he informed us that it would be an additional $ 1,000. We felt like it was a bait and switch, luckily we noticed before delivery and cancelled the order. It is an unprofessional environment and feels like I was buying a used car rather than appliances.

Contract Appliance, at Zuni has sold and delivered twice for us! First time was a very pleasant shopping experience! The salesman is knowledgable and stepped me thru for my rebate! The delivery was also perfect and timely. This Thanksgiving the night before my old refrigerator went out! All our turkey with all the fixings was on the line! I was able to buy a new one at a black Friday price! 40% savings! They got me on the emergency delivery schedule! Yeah they saved our Thanksgiving!

Seth is extremely knowledgable, not pushy, and very easy to work with! He listened to our needs and worked hard to find the very best solution for us. The environment there is relaxed, which makes it nicer to spend time looking and making decisions. We bought a whole kitchen of appliances and then I called later to purchase a mattress!

Earlier this year I decided to upgrade my kitchen and stopped at Contract Appliance on Zuni in Denver to get a look. I dealt with Seth Mattock and I can’t tell you how pleased I am. One of my pet peeves is working with a sales person that doesn’t know their product line. That certainly wasn’t the case here! What a pleasure to deal with someone that was so helpful, knew the product line inside and out and every aspect of kitchen work so as to chose and make the installation work! Even to the point of coming out to my home personally and view the problem that we had. I can only give the company and Seth my highest review.

Will absolutely be using Contract Appliance for future appliance purchases, although that hopefully won’t be for a while =) While renovating our kitchen, we shopped around at the various appliance dealers and discount stores. I don’t remember how we came to Contract Appliance, but I’m glad we did!
Tam was friendly and great to work with — he didn’t push any particular brand but instead listened to me and answered all my questions, plus gave us a very fair price on our range and microwave. We had a few major delays with our renovation, and Tam was responsive and understanding when it came to the installation and delivery dates.

I called as well as requested a quote from their website (no price listed for the fridge I was interested in) with no response to either inquiry. I did purchase the fridge from another place in town. Oh, well, too bad for them!

Seth Mattock is wonderful to work with. He was extremely helpful and generous with his time and knowledge of the various appliances prior to purchase with very competitive pricing and excellent followup after the sale. What was absolutely amazing was a week after delivery when the new range was finally fired up the day before Thanksgiving and had a gas leak in the range itself. Seth found a new replacement range, went himself to pick it up in his own truck, then delivered it to the house, removed the defective range and installed the new one at 5pm on Wednesday before Thanksgiving… WOW. I can’t imagine getting that kind of service anywhere else. He’s a gem! Will never buy appliances from anyone else.

Exceptional variety of models and brands, all shown in an installed mode. Staff is very knowledgeable, and willing to give advice, not pressure. Working with Seth was a real pleasure, he is very experienced and is a real professional.

Excellent customer service, pricing and follow-​through. We purchased a full set of GE Café kitchen appliances and a U-​Line wine refrigerator. Stored until we needed them. Delivered when requested. Seth Mattock, our sales rep, was very knowledgable about all of the products we were purchasing.

Recently purchased a new refrigerator, washer and dryer from Contract Appliance and had an excellent experience. Seth Mattock was very friendly, knowledgeable, fun to work with and most importantly, followed up with us during and after the sale. There were just a couple of «hick-​ups» that happened but Seth was totally on top of it and went above and beyond to make things right. Let’s face it, sometimes things happen if you do enough business. How you handle these things are what separate the professionals from the rest of the people. I am very particular and demanding person, I don’t give recommendation lightly. I highly recommend anyone who wants appliance go to Contract Appliance. I needed a luxury kitchen for my new house. I went to quite a few appliance stores and was very impressed with Contract appliance and furnished my whole kitchen with them. I came to the contract appliance with some online research what I wanted. Their sales people were wonderful, Cleat and Mitch informed me the different product lines and models available. They helped me with discount, rebates, promotions I was not made aware of to save me the money. I was very pleased to get the best price in the market for such high quality products. I purchased on May 15^th. and my kitchen was installed on June 15^th. It was right on schedule. I was very happy with the delivery people and installation. They did great job.
