I got a keg that was delivered by them to the liquor store. It was so hot that it took 4 days to get it to the recommended temp. Then the keg was defective and I burned through most of my co2 trying to get it to work. I asked for a $ 10 compensation for my wasted co2 and they pretty much told me that it was my problem and have a nice day. I felt like i was dealing with the IRS.
