I lived here from 2011 – 2014. For the most part, I was very pleased. It is relatively clean, well-kept, and safe. It is also in a great location. Apartments are quiet, and you are not able to hear noise from your neighbors. That being said, beware the new management, particularly the gentleman named Bobby. Upon move out, after 3 years of living there, I was gouged on my security deposit for«wear and tear items.» My security deposit was used to replace kitchen and bathroom countertops, which were clearly old and outdated but had no appreciable damage. They clearly did not want to rent the unit with old counter tops, and decided to let me fund the renovations. This occurred after an «informal» walk through in which I was told everything was kept in great condition and that there should not be any charges for me. After I moved out of state was when a «formal» walk through was completed and when it was decided that my security deposit would not be returned. It is a shame they treat their tenants like this now. Former management was exceptional, but it has definitely taken a turn for the worse in the last few months. Beware before renting, as the quality this property was known for is already beginning to slip.

I’ve left 5 messages inquiring about availability over the last year and a half and have not heard back once. I’ve called after business hours, during business hours, doesn’t matter. No one will answer, and no one will call you back. Usually, the people at places like this will lure you in with super customer service until you sign the lease and then turn indifferent or worse. This place started out that way. I don’t want to know what it’s like to live there.
