Richard Crane is bar none the single most unprofessional attorney I’ve ever dealt with in my life. He is routinely unprepared. He lacks a rudimentary understanding of relevant areas of the law and fails to bring him up to speed.
Richard Crane seemed inebriated on more than one occasion in my dealings with him (as one of my colleagues also reported).
The cherry on the professional mess that is Richard Crane was his falsification of billing statements. I’m amazed that he still has a license to practice law — in fact, was disturbed to find that this is the case.
