Wow, it is interesting reading other reviews only to have the complete opposite experience. I also find it interesting when the other reviewers only have 1 and 5 reviews on their profiles respectively. It makes me question if users like this only use Unilocal as a sounding board for bad experiences and forget to include the good ones(thank god for the new filter system). Anyhow, I too was a new customer at Creative Realities. I was referred to Leigh Ann by a good friend of mine in the yoga community who has been seeing her for some time. My skin has been super angry with me as of late and I had no clue why. I felt that it was time to enlist the assistance of a professional, and boy, was Leigh Anne that. I called yesterday morning to see if there would be any chance in hell that I could get in. Leigh Anne let me know that she was booked for the day, but would be able to get me in early in the morning on Wednesday. As I have mentioned in previous posts I am a sort of instant gratification type of person so I was bummed. The good new is, is that I only had to be bummed for about 5 minutes because Leigh Anne called me back to see if 2:30 would work for me, I hopped on it, and appreciated the call back. The waiting area and boutique is adorable with a kind of hip, french country flair. When I arrived I was impressed with the ambiance of the actual treatment room and how comfy the table was. Leigh Anne spent a lot of time explaining to me why both bio-genic products and organic products need to be used together and why certain products are better to treat certain things. I really valued the learning component to my relaxation. I have never been a fan of the slap some lotion on my face and head out the door approach that some spas take. When my(incredible) session was over Leigh Anne took even more time to explain to me which products she would recommend to me and why. I never felt like I was getting the hard sell or that my face would fall off if I didn’t purchase said products. Just very soft, authentic suggestions. Lastly, Leigh Anne offers a membership program that is out of this world affordable. The membership is $ 49 per month with only a 3 month commitment. In your $ 49 you receive a facial each month. If you would like to take advantage any of the other services she provides which includes Reiki(psyched), it is an additional $ 30. So wait, you are telling me i can get a rad facial and Reiki for a total for $ 80, sweet action. I am looking so forward to visiting with Leigh Anne on a monthly basis, getting my skin in check, and referring her offerings to my lady friends in the Denver area.

I am in complete agreement with the other review — I received the same treatment from Leigh Ann — two cancellations, and barely any notice on either one. My first appointment was scheduled for last Sunday, and she called to cancel just an hour or so before the appointment, saying she did not feel well. I am the type of person who tries to give people the benefit of the doubt, so I agreed to reschedule for today, Monday April 9 at 6 pm. I arrived 15 minutes early and waited in the reception area but no one appeared to be there. I tried calling and no answer. I waited until 6:15 and there was still no sign of Leigh Ann(or anyone). I had received a voicemail from her that she left earlier this morning asking to confirm and/or move the appointment earlier if possible; however I did not have a chance to listen to the voicemail until I was already there. I could have done several other things tonight if I had not planned on the appointment, and with gas prices as high as they are, I am especially frustrated that I drove here only to wait, and not get so much as a phone call letting me know that anything with the appointment had changed. I also warn anyone from scheduling an appointment with her, and I will be definitely be taking my business elsewhere.
