This will go one of two ways. Either they make good, and get more stars, or they continue to act like jerks and get one:
Had a unit there for about 9 months. Price was competitive, the facility clean, and staff accommodating (at first).
We gave notice that we were vacating in plenty of time, and they charged us for the next month anyway. When called, they whined about a moving truck we hired that supposedly scraped a gutter, and told me it was my responsibility.
First, one thing (the extra charge) has nothing to do with the other (alleged damage). They still have yet to resolve the extra charge after about ten calls.
Second, the movers are bonded. If they did anything, it’s on them as far as I’m concerned.
You know what? Screw it. They’re getting one star until they fix this mess!
