Denver Carpet Brokers

Don’t know why there could be any negative reviews of Bob and the team at Denver carpet Brokers. My experience with them has been outstanding. I had Bob help me select and install a rubber floor for the gym in my house. The price was great, Bob’s service and expertise was amazing and the installation was clean, timely and perfect! I am now having Bob replace all of the flooring at one of my business locations and that project has gone extraordinarily well as well. Love these guys!

I met with Bob, who was knowledgable and at first ok about contacting me back, and gave me a good price on carpet I was interested in. When I requested samples on other carpets, he told me they were on the way, but I never received them. I repeatedly asked for those samples and was again told they were on the way, but I never received them. I’ve tried contacting him via phone and e mail and have received no response. Terrible customer service.

Chose a carpet from Bob; scheduled an install date 2 weeks out. Paid for the carpet. Got a call the carpet was backordered for several weeks on the Fri. before the scheduled install date the following Mon. Chose a less expensive carpet, still quite dense. Got a credit towards the installation cost of less than $ 200. for the difference in carpets. Scheduled installation, I confirmed it two days before the scheduled date & got a call @ 9:30, the morning of scheduled install saying carpet didn’t get shipped. Asked for compensation, got $ 200. credit towards installation costs. Carpet shows up, appears quite thin, immediately called Bob & was told it simply needed to be vacuumed after installation & it would «fluff up.» It hasn’t! Carpet Brokers requires full payment upon order, whether it’s in stock or not. I also question what I got vs. what I chose. It was an unfortunate experience.

Installation techs were awesome. They’re the reason this is a 3 star review versus 1 star. My salesman, Bob… Awesome? Not so much. He seemed friendly and knowledgeable however his follow up skills are terrible. He’s the type that once he has your money he could care less if you’re happy with the service or the product. If I could base the review solely on installation it would be 5 star. Sales and support? 1 star. Interesting that their website lists only the 5 star reviews. Seriously? Unfortunately I can’t recommend and wouldn’t use again.
