Just dropped my hard drive off at one of their locations and I’m waiting to hear about the result. The guys in the shop were really nice and seemed trustworthy.
The woman on the other end of the 800 number listed was an absolute joke. She took all of my information and insisted I had to have a document sent to my email printed before I could take the product in (that document never even showed up in my email), told me the location was closed when I knew it wasn’t, didn’t want to give me an address and then apologized for her inability to do anything by saying her tongue was broken… um, ok. There were dogs barking in the background the entire call. Really unusual experience. Just go straight to the store and skip this waste of a call line.
