Doggy Dog World

I have been bringing my dogs Bear and Charlie here for over a year now. Shelley and her staff are a true find, and I have been meaning to post a review for some time. The grooming here is top notch, and the love and expertise these folks bring to their profession is truly amazing! The one trade off is they don’t kennel the dogs during their stay, so they all run around the shop together. Shelly is a true «dog whisperer» so this isn’t a concern to me.

This is a small groomer who is a true dog lover. We take our huskies there two times a year when they blow their coats and Shelly (she is the owner) does an awesome job on them. We have only had them groomed at two spots and she is 25% cheaper and does a better job.
You might get sent to voicemail, but she will call you back (even after «5») to make an appointment. Last time I called at 11a and she called me back at 7 or 8p. And it might take you a while to book and appointment, but she is worth it!
For the most part they don’t kennel the dogs they work on (unless they aren’t friendly) so when you walk in it might be pure chaos. There is a secondary gate to prevent runaways though. I feel comfort leaving my two adventure seeking huskies there.
Additionally my dog had an ACL issue and she recommended a doctor who was all inclusive and $ 1000 cheaper than we were quoted from our regular vet. The vet (Dr Ed) and his assistant were amazing as well.
