Stay away. especially if you do not live in the Denver Co. area. Too many things can go wrong here, and if you are far from home and family you become prey. Admissions will tell you are covered or in network. But as you go through treatment the therapists will start to canvas you and your family for additional funds. The business department will try to get you sign papers stating you are responsible for money they do not get from your insurance company. They will also start to warm you up to the possibility that your insurance company may stop paying for treatment. And, sure enough that is exactly the case. ERC wants $ 580 p/day from you or your credit card up front to continue. Many patients are very far from home and family and get bullied into paying out of pocket, then told the insurance company will reimburse you if you win the appeal. ERC lost all 3 appeals. When I came to ERC I was told I was literally on the verge of dying was put into a hospital to «stabilize» for 7 days. Two weeks later they could not convince my insurance company I was sick or what kind of treatment I needed for recovery. They are ill prepared to do battle with the insurance company and win. They will choose a path of least resistance YOU because you are sick and vulnerable. Caveat Emptor.
