This company is terrible. Owner, Chris, is for lack of a better word, a dickhead. He has no clue what he is doing. They recently lost their biggest client in Comcast so their prices will skyrocket, even though they were low quality and poorly done along with already being overpriced. I would advise you to take your business elsewhere or film yourself, undertrained and most likely underpaid employees couldn’t care less about the video they are shooting. I spoke with an intern this summer who was filming and said they are vastly underpaid and over worked. Was shocked to hear this, then I met the owner. WILLNOTUSEAGAIN

I think Elevation Video really helped in our process of producing a good highlight video. As I had video from a variety of different tournaments, camps and sources, they really helped me to format the video myself so I could keep the costs down in the production of this video. They also reworked the clips into distinct areas and produced an excellent highlight video for my son. Thank you Elevation Video. Tom S.

By way of background, I purchased the video as my wife and I were not able to attend a soccer game, and as it turns out our son scored a goal. We paid $ 150 for the video, mostly just to get the clip of the goal for recruiting purposes. I video his games on a regular basis so know the challenges of capturing a soccer event. Having said that, I must say I was disappointed with the video I purchased. I expected a better product. Here were my concerns: 1. The overall video quality was not great. I am not sure what equipment was used, what was downloaded was not HD, and the graininess was not in line with what I would expect from a professional video company. 2. The camera work was poor. Very often the ball/action is out of view of the video camera. In some cases this is due to the camera person zooming in too much to a spot where the action has already moved away from. In other cases it is due to what I presume is inexperience of taking soccer video where you have to anticipate where the ball will be going and place that area in the viewfinder, 2⁄3 of the way ahead of the action. 3. I had the expectation that there would be some sort of editing done. Examples would include cutting out«non-play time»(when the ball goes out of bounds, excessive time before a free kick, etc), and placing markers at halftime and goals. In essence, someone captured relatively low grade raw footage, uploaded it to a server, and charged me $ 150 to download. Not a very good value.
