Oddly enough I’d been here before in its previous incarnation as Sacred i Yoga. This was my first yoga class at a yoga studio. I always felt this location was beautiful and enjoyed the classes I took there. Now this Park Hill location is part of Endorphin. More yoga is always welcome in my book and new yoga teachers to experience are a good thing. This location is very cozy and offers a variety of yoga classes, from foundational yoga, alignment, vinyasa, power yoga, hatha and some barre classes as well. Definitely something for everyone and is a part of the full Endorphin membership, meaning you can attend other locations for more yoga or some heart-pumping cardio. Also, having Cake Crumbs next door is a sweet treat.

This Park Hill location of Endorphin is new to the family — it used to be another studio and I was super happy when I saw Endorphin was taking it over because: 1. I love the classes at Endorphin. 2. I can drive here in like 2.3 minutes and if I’m feeling it, it’s an easy bike ride or walk even. I’ve been to a few different classes with various instructors and I’ve enjoyed them all. They offer everything from simple stretching-focused classes to more«power» style stuff with plenty of inversions and core work so you should be able to find something to suit your needs. This is just a yoga room and a front area and the yoga room is long and narrow — you can probably fit about 4 people across and probably 5 rows length-wise which means that the classes are generally a good size for me. Be aware if they are full they are close though, which doesn’t bother me, but may be of concern to others. I think they also do some kid-friendly yoga classes here, which I haven’t tried but is nice to have as an option for when Little Man N gets a bit bigger.
