Grabbed breakfast here as it was walkable from my hotel. There are lots of coffee and breakfast options. I went with and egg sandwich and added arugula, avocado and mushrooms. The only downside is they gave me bacon rather than avocado which is an odd mix up. Since bacon is delicious I didn’t mind at all really. The bread was really nice too. I grabbed a delicious café au lait and felt pretty good re the start of my day. I would definitely try lunch here if I returned, looked like lots of healthy options. Got here after the morning office rush so my order was ready pretty quickly. With all the offices around, I imagine it’s quite busy early.

I was in town for business and stopped by for a quick lunch. Great little spot! I had their artichoke salad and was pleasantly surprised. Very filling and flavorful.

The best French Dip sandwich I’ve ever had. The tuna cobb salad is light and refreshing. Also, the Liquid Sunshine drink is amazing. If you’re visiting out of town this is the perfect place to experience some fresh and heathy eats!

Had breakfast here while on vacation. I ordered the California Sandwich and an iced coffee. The sandwich was perfect and the coffee was strong. I definitely recommend this this place to anyone looking for a light breakfast on a budget. 5⁄5

This review is for their breakfast. Etai’s is extremely convenient to my office and has several healthy options, which is why I’m very disappointed to give it a 1 star review. However, after the past couple of weeks, I need to give it a one star review for breakfast. And here’s why: 1. The Wait: 10 minutes, if not more. This morning I was alone and ordered a small smoothie, sans wheatgrass. Took the person 10 minutes to make it — and hand it to me, WITH wheatgrass all over it. Ugh. So not only did I waste my time, I got a smoothie I can’t drink. Awesome. 2. Quality: The bread is great — but the eggs have been very overcooked on my breakfast sandwiches for the past couple of weeks. Resulting in a disgusting rubbery type taste. Hence the smoothie order… which was also a fail. 3. Cost: For a coffee and a small smoothie — plan on spending close to $ 10. Way too much. From now on, I think I’ll pass on the 10 minute wait and high cost. I’d rather spend those 10 minutes at home, making my own smoothie(correctly!).

I used to love eating at the Udi’s cafes, and this was the first time I’ve revisited in a couple years. I got the vegan delight on gf bread, and delighted I was not. It’s had mustard, tomato, lettuce, cucumber, and a small amount of avocado, and that’s it. And it cost me $ 10? The bread was also toasted and hurt the f*** out of my mouth.

I go here regularly for lunch as it is across the street from my work. Once I get to the counter, they already know, «half kale ceasar, tossed dressing, no tomatoes and sub cucumbers instead.» They always include a random grab of two half slices of their signature breads they make in store. The raisin and jalapeño cheddar are my favorite and am always delighted when I find them with my salad. I love it here because I know they make their foods with the best ingredients, and there are plenty of healthy choices on their menu for whatever mood you are in. The line moves quickly, I am always greeted with a smile, and depending on how busy they are my order takes anywhere from 3 minutes to 10. For those not wanting to wait, they have a quick grab and go cooler for daily made salads and sandwiches. They also have some freshly baked goodies if you are so inclined. The space is modern and clean, and in the summer months a lot of folks sit outside in the patio area.

I have rapidly growing love for Etai’s. I came here because it’s conveniently located next to my office and I needed caffeine badly. I ordered their Dirty Chai and also decided to try one of their breakfast sandwiches as well. I got the Southwest Grand Sandwich. Let me tell you, this sandwich is the , no exaggeration. It creates an intense explosion of flavor in your mouth when the jalapeño cheddar bread, egg, bacon, tomato, and aioli all converge on your tongue. This is one of those things that I almost wish I had never tasted because there’s no going back now. All other breakfast sandwiches have been ruined for me. As for the chai, well it was supremely delicious as well. You get your choice of Oregon Chai or Black Tea, I prefer the Oregon since I like mine a little sweeter. All around I’d give this place a solid 10⁄10. Highly recommend! Can’t wait to try more.

I ordered the açaí bowl with the mangolicious shake and both were delicious. The staff was friendly and the service was quick. Great spot to get a good and energized breakfast!

Let me start by saying i avoid anything associated with«gluten-free» like the plague! I love gluten and, as a vegetarian, benefit greatly from whole wheat protein. So when i heard that Etai’s is associated with Udi’s — the kingpin of the gluten-free craze — i almost didn’t go in. But my colleague had the most amazing looking salad on his desk — it was colorful and healthy and grab-and-go. So i marched over and grabbed the same power salad and it tastes as delicious as it looks! The jury is still out on the bread that came with the salad — one slice had jalapenos(yech!) and the other slice tasted suspiciously gluten-free and was burnt. But i’ll definitely be back for the yummy salads!

I usually come to Etai’s a couple times a week for lunch. The Greek Chicken Pita Sandwich is my favorite! The pita is so soft and delicious. I usually get the Quinoa as a side, but this time I went with the Mediterranean Chickpea Salad… OMG…delish!

I had the Acai bowl and the southwestern grand sandwich. Both were outstanding. I definitely plan to come back next time I am in Denver.

I absolutely love this café! In the mornings on the way to work, I will order a breakfast burrito to go. It is done in less than 10 minutes and I’m on my way. I like that they are accommodating with my dietary restrictions. I ordered the burrito with no cheese or meat and it still tasted great! For lunch, I have tried their tofu sandwich and it is surprisingly tasty. Although the portion looks small, it is pretty filling. The sauce that comes with it is to die for! However, the jalapenos are pretty spicy, even the pickled ones, so be careful. They have a great juice bar with many options that I recommend trying!

THANKTHEFOODGODS for this place, as it’s the only deli in the WORLD that has turkey apple brie sandwiches. [citation needed] The ingredients upon said sandwich are fresh and evenly distributed — this may sound OCD or anal to some of you, perhaps some will relate, but I need my ingredients to be evenly distributed across the sandwich so each bite has a bit of each ingredient, as opposed to say the meat being all clumped in a ball and I have to disassemble the sandwich and rebuild it. May as well just go to the grocery store and make 5 sandwiches with the amount of money you spend on convenient lunch these days if you gotta assemble the dang thing, eh? Sorry for ruining your appetite by saying«anal» earlier, btw… Sorry again. The potato salad is really good too. I used to hate the stuff as a kid, growing up in Colorado, but developed a profound appreciation for it after living in the south some 4 – 5 years, and this novice-gone-intermediately-okay-potato-salad-eater approves. There ARE peas and carrots in it, which may exacerbate the permanently upward facing noses of snobs everywhere(turn down for what?), but I think it’s pretty rad. Last of my recommendations is the fresh juice! Fresh veggie juice is my favorite way to get the nutrition kick I so often deprive myself of; it is an excellent power boost on a Monday after a long weekend of adult activities.(Hardcore knitting, Slovakian Scrabble it’s like Russian Roulette a bit, napping, etc.)

I am from out of town and came here due to the good reviews on Unilocal. Lots of healthy choices. I went with the chicken basil with the hummus and pita on the side which was delicious. The person working gave us some great options and the good was very nice. You eat on proper China with real knives and forks and they bring you your food. Although very casual it kept the standard high. The food took about 5 minutes to arrive but you could tell it was made fresh and done properly. Go!

I ran into grab something quickly before an 8am bus, the grab and go section was unprepared so early, but the friendly staff got a salad together for me in under two minutes. Thank you so much! They saved me from having to eat gas station food the whole way. Not to mention the salad is absolutely amazing! I got the power salad. highly would recommend :) everything else on the menu looks great. I cannot wait to go back.

I was confused when I first came here because I thought it was Udi’s, but I realized they’re one and the same really. Great healthy quick food option if you’re downtown. My husband thinks their sandwiches are a little over priced, but still enjoys eating them. I love that they have a range of vegetarian options and more than one or two salad choices. FYI– this place approves their comments. There could be possible deception in the comments and stars you see. They may only allow good reviews…

It’s well known that downtown is sort of a food desert, especially if you are not hanging around Larimer Square or LoHi. So it was a refreshing surprise to find a Udi’s within walking distance from, well, everything downtown. It’s different than the Colfax or Cherry Creek locations, but still offers the same delicious brand of food you can find at those locations. Gluten-free bread is available for your tasty sandwich. Fruit is fresh, and salads are equally delicious. I would imagine the lines at normal lunch time are pretty crazy, so you may want to leave the office early and go pony up to the outdoor seating area. It’s so good, you may even want to get a second sandwich and a cookie with your order.

Wonderful food, fast service. My favorites are the dirty chais and power salad :) perfect for lunch, only wish they were open later and prices were a tad more competitive for with surroundings restaurants.
