The technician was very courteous and clean and honest he didn’t tried to upcharge I had a good sense of trust in him. I highly recommend Evans Redmond.

The absolute WORST customer service I’ve ever experienced in my life! The receptionist was so rude that when I asked for a quote she said she would get to it when they could because they had more important jobs. When they came out they tracked mud through my office and ruined my carpets i just had installed. Then they denied it and were still just plain rude. I know it’s a small job but in this economy business is business. They might have done good work but ill never know because I would never use a company that charged 5% more and acted like I was doing them a favor. She was such a bitch that I had to create this account to warn people to look elsewhere. There’s better people and better services who deserve your business.
