Pamela Hill did filler in the tear trough area of my eyes. In my opinion, my treatment was HORRIBLE! I contacted her staff several times about my pain and swelling, without a response! I had to go to the ER for treatment! After a very costly, ER bill, I was given a cream to supposedly fix what had happened. It did not work! I had excruciating pain, intense swelling and my eve watered for approximately 6 months. I am still living with the horrific effects, which include a tyndall effect. This is from filler being placed too superficial and causes a blue tint. In addition, I was also charged for a further corrective treatment! It is my opinion, Facial Aesthetics does not stand by their work! Please do not make my mistake! In my opinion, please do not have any fillers done at Facial Aesthetics! It is not worth pain, additional treatments, new make up and being self-conscious! It was my experience, that once they collected money from me, I did not matter to them!

I can’t say enough about how wonderful Facial Aesthetics is. Botox, Botox, Botox Pam is my girl! LOL, walking into Facial Aesthetics reminds me of walking in to Cheers for all you oldies but goodies that remember that show, everyone knows your name. I decided it was time to do a little filler, I had been doing Botox with Pam for years but just a little apprehensive about fillers. Pam was so calming and gentle and her patience with me, she is a Saint(I won’t go into that part). She explained that I would have swelling and bruising, had a little of both but was easy to cover with make up. The best part of my story, I went to dinner with the girls a couple of weeks later and they all told me that I looked so good, life must be treating me right IFONLYTHEYKNEW! My results were subtle but«uplifting» if you know what I mean! Thank you Pam, there is no one else I would trust with my face!

I’ve been going to Facial Aesthetics for over a year now and would highly recommend it for anyone! I have visited multiple dermatologists over the years and never received the results I saw in my skin after only one treatment here! The staff is extremely friendly, professional, and helpful. They helped me decide what treatments would benefit me the most while staying in my budget, and the products they recommend are amazing. I am now on a full beauty regimen that has completely transformed my skin! Whether it’s a treatment, a little plump, or just a hydro facial, I will never go anywhere else!

Pam Hill knows everything about fillers. She listens, is responsive and she is careful. She takes the artistry of making a face look it’s best very seriously. By taking her time, there is almost no bruising. I like her as a person, too. She is kind, treats you as an individual, doesn’t try to upsell you and has your best interest at heart. I’ve tried three other places with mixed results and found Pam because I was over injected by someone else, which she was able to correct and did so at no charge. This is the best place to go and they have weekly specials to help make it more affordable. I recommend them and especially Pam.

I went to the Landmark location for a hydrafacial in 2013 and was extremely pleased. They do a great job at services. I recently went to buy a product that they had recommended me the first time I was in the office. It turns out it was expired and since I didn’t notice until after I started using it, it did cause more acne on my face. I went back and told them about it and they gladly exchanged it. I left confident everything was okay. When I opened the product it was even older than the last one(expired again). I was really frustrated because in my opinion the staff should have checked the product before handing it to me especially since the first one had been expired. I had to go back again! I told them I didn’t want it and if they could suggest any other products. A very nice lady asked me what I was experiencing and I told her and she recommended a few products that would help out. I picked a few, one of them was not available at the Rose location so they said they could pick it up and bring it to the Rose location. I agreed. She asked if I would like to pay for it now or when I picked up the product. I payed the difference without knowing what their return policy was. I called Monday morning and told them I no longer needed the product and if I could get a refund. The lady said that they did not do refunds. That was a shocker! Why did she not mention their return policy before asking me if I wanted to pay the product in advance. If I would have known I would NOT have payed it! The first time you are at this place they ask you to sign a form stating their return policy, yes I signed it in 2013 and never went there again. Yes I am human and I forget things especially after 2 years… It is very irresponsible of them not to state their return policy when you are buying a product, even the cheapest store tells you it so why didn’t they. I’ve been trying to get my money back and will continue to because it is unfair after them selling me an expired product twice. It could have caused a really bad reaction and things could have gone worse. Manager on duty didn’t handle the situation well and instead of trying to meet the clients needs she based it off on the business. There is no business if there are no clients. If only I would have received my money back I would have returned for another great hydrafacial but now after I know that the customer service is not up to the standards it should be I will no longer go. All I want is my money back, I don’t need a credit!!!

I drove across town to the Greenwood Village location for a service that the owner convinced me to get the last time I was in and had me pre-pay for. When I arrived she wasn’t there and the technician told me that, in no unclear terms, she was instructed that the clinic was not supposed to use the laser tx I had paid for. They sent me home. I later called several times to reschedule but got no call back to confirm the service could be preformed. When I did finally speak with someone they were extremely rude, i asked for a refund since they were not able to do the procedure we had agreed upon and they angrily and rudely refused. I feel duped and out $ 250. I would NOT recommend this place to anyone. Customer service is NOT their priority.

Um, some days it’s roses… some days thorns. Maybe she was having an off day, I wasn’t when I went in there but I’ll never go back. The place was totally redecorated since I was there last but Pam was, how shall I say this, not in a good mood. Still professionally acting but I left with red needle marks which stayed for over a week — really could’ve worn a sign that said«Botox was injected here». I added a comment to their automatically generated email deals, never heard back and felt that at least I’d given them feedback. The system is probably set up to send and not receive but I’d taken consumer conscientiousness about as far as I wanted. So I’ve already Unilocaled my next«procedure» doc and since honesty is the best policy, thought you should know.

This medical spa(located in Dr. Grossman’s Office) has the most advanced technology available, exceptional staff, and highly educated technicians… I have been to countless med spas in the Denver area, and after going here, I won’t go anywhere else. Facial Aesthetics staff is always warm and welcoming… I never feel intimated(a feeling I get at most med spas) I have been seeing Shaye for my skin services for the past four years. It’s evident she truly cares about each one of her patients and their skin concerns. I am always impressed with her meticulous attention to detail. She recommends only services and products that she is 100% confident will be a match for me. Did I mention she was able to clear up my cystic acne??? For anyone plagued with a skin problem, she is the one to see! I should note that I was treated by Tami once, and she was also amazing.
