Fierce45

A woman at Lululemon said Fierce 45 was the best workout class she has ever taken and I have to agree, it is amazing. It was my first time and I didn’t know exactly what I was doing but Stephanie is an amazing instructor. She helped my friend and I along the way plus she was very encouraging. The studio is clean and everyone is friendly. I would definitely recommend trying it! The class is very challenging but fun too!

Great workout! The machines you work out on make it really fun. It’s like an intense Pilates class with a little more cardio than the typical Pilates. Will definitely do it again!

I have found my new favorite workout! I came here on the recommendation of one of the ladies who works at Lululemon in Cherry Creek and I’m so glad I did! Since my knee has been giving me some pain and problems from running I’ve been looking for something that would challenge me without being so hard on my joints. The Lagree Method is tough but so rewarding. The workout itself is challenging but very upbeat and fun. Even though the session kicked by butt (I left with jello legs) I had such a great time and the machine itself was fun to use. Make sure to bring your water bottle; I forgot mine but they had a water fountain in the lobby.
Facility: Small, but very clean! As a germaphobe this is a huge plus for me! They offer towels for your workout session too! They have one bathroom and one water fountain. There’s a shelving unit to store your purse but it’s not big enough for a big gym bag. There are no locker rooms or showers, which is actually fine with me but might be inconvenient if you plan to work out and go straight to work. One huge plus is that they have daycare — great for moms who want to get a workout in.
Staff & Atmosphere: Positive, upbeat, and encouraging. Some gyms seem impersonal and make me feel uncomfortable, but I didn’t feel this way at all here.
Shop: They sell quality work out clothes, grippy socks (amazing selection!) and bottled drinks. I didn’t buy anything except for grippy socks because they’re required for the workout.

This is by far the most challenging workout I’ve ever done. A few minutes in, I wasn’t sure I could get through the whole thing, but by the end I was glad I stuck with it. Two days later, my glutes and abs, in particular, are still sore, and it feels great. Unlike Bar Method, which I previously swore by, there are no relaxing stretches between excercises: it’s go-​go-​go every minute of the class. It’s also very sweaty! Don’t make the mistake that I did of starting without a towel by your side, and do bring water. The women (though it’s not just for women, of course) who take and teach the classes are bad ass, and not afraid of a little grunting to get through a tough workout. I look forward to getting more familiar with the Megaformer equipment and making this a regular part of my routine.

Fierce45 is an incredible full body workout focused on strength and flexibility! Can’t wait to go back!

I went to my first class this morning and I’ll definitely be back. I consider myself a pretty fit person – I run, bike, and lift weights regularly, so I thought this would be a breeze. Wrong! It was so tough. This workout burned like crazy and was way harder than I expected!
The building facility is airy and clean. Parking was easy, check in was a breeze, and there was even a welcoming pup at the door. The instructor was friendly and really helpful – there were several moves that I wasn’t doing quite right that needed some adjustment, and she was right there to help every time. I was really impressed and I think this is the best ab workout I’ve had in a reeeeeeeally long time.

Stephanie rocked! She was very helpful assisting to make sure we were doing each exercise correctly. It was a great workout!

I just returned home from my first experience at Fierce45 on 38^th Ave in Denver. Wow! I am fairly fit and active (yoga teacher and massage therapist) but this workout kicked my butt in all the best ways. Danielle was a supportive teacher, encouraging and clear in her instruction. I can see how a couple times per week at Fierce45 will bring me the strength and determination I’ve been craving.

Went for the first time this week. The studio was very clean and the workout was awesome. I clearly didn’t know what I was doing, but Heather was super helpful and made sure to help me out with some of the movements and the positions.
I have done reformer Pilates before, but nothing kicked my butt like this. I am still sore two days later! Will definitely be back!

I just finished my first class at Fierce45 and it was spectacular. I am a big fan of workouts that make me sweat, and this class delivered. Amazingly I wasn’t exhausted after class, despite how difficult it was. I felt energized, my body felt lengthened, and of course I was sore (in the best way!). I’ll definitely be making this a regular in my routine.

Just had my first class and loved it-​my muscles could feel the burn right away, and I’m already a fit person. Can’t wait for more classes and toning.

Fierce45 was the most challenging workout I’ve ever experienced! The instructors are fantastic, giving form corrections at all the right times. This is a great addition to your workout routine!

I went with a friend to a 11 am class on saturday morning with Gwendolyn at the new Wash Park location. Gwendolyn was super upbeat, encouraging and real in the way that she honestly wants you to make progress. My abs, thighs, butt and arms are KILLING me today! Thanks Gwendolyn!

I am really excited about this new fitness technique being offered here in Denver. I am a fan of Pilates on the reformer, but also love deeper butt kicking workouts. I am still sore from my first Fierce45 class 2 days ago, and can’t wait to go back!

Great total body toning workout in 45 mins. Instructors are very friendly. Challenging workout but low impact.

Ok I went on the recommendation of a friend who is also a trainer. As a dude who loves his endorphins from a good spin or Crossfit class, I can highly recommend this workout. It was fun and hard. I had NEVER done anything like it. The closest thing I have done would be a Barre class and that too was super hard as my body was just not used to the movements. I am totally impressed that it worked my entire core really effectively. The instructor, Danielle, was great. She had great positive energy and attitude… and was very encouraging.
In the long run, this may not be an everyday workout to me. However, I will certainly do it again as it may be my fav way to work my core. I see this more like a once to twice a week workout perhaps on a day I do spin. (Here is an idea, put a Soul Cycle next door! Can you say workout ‘paradise’??)
Overall, the gym experience is great. Location is cool and easy parking. Everyone is super friendly, welcoming, and as a newbie, I wasn’t made to feel stupid. Also, it was cool not being the only dude in the class. I know women may find it surprising hearing it from a man, but it’s not all that great being the only dude in a class… makes one feel ‘pervy’ more than anything else… haha
I highly recommend it! Just show up ready to sweat and feel the burn!

Yep, they’ve got it figured out! Have been to enough classes there now, to know they consistently kick your butt. I’ve taken classes from four different instructors. All the classes were extremely challenging and fun. Time flies!
Looking forward to progressing over time.

I was visiting from Cali for a wedding and have been taking a Lagree Fitness class in where I live. I love the class and thought I don’t want to miss for 5 days so I looked online and found Fierce45.
I arrived and it was super welcoming and I loved to the look feel of the place. Then, the studio was great. I LOVED the chalkboard where I put my name and intention for class… so freaking cool. My intention was to move and have fun! And I did.
Then class started. Torrey was great with positive motivation, easy clear cueing, and a fun class. I really appreciated her focus on staying present and in the moment. It was also super challenging. I wear a apple watch to track my fitnesss… my heart rate averaged 154 bpm for the 50 minute class and I burned over 400 calories! My thighs were shaking in a really good way.
Super great class, people, and studio. If i lived here I would be signing up for the unlimited monthly membership!

I just moved to Denver, but started doing Lagree about a year ago in DC (where Michelle Obama apparently sculpts her arms at too). I have also dropped into numerous studios while traveling with mixed results. This workout is extremely efficient and challenging hard no matter where you take it. But the culture and presence does vary based on the studio.
Being new to Denver, I was extremely pleased with the energy, coaching, and community at Fierce45. Top notch and am looking forward to many more butt kicking workouts here in the future!

I just took my first class here last night and it was not anything like I expected. The studio has the whole trendy warehouse look, and great merchandise to buy in the front room when you check in. It is decorated trendy and cute and is very clean. The staff were all friendly in showing the new people around the studio and helping us get set up for class.
Now the class… I have taken plenty of Pilates reformer classes in my day but this is a whole different level. You are constantly moving and sweating 5 minutes into the class. The instructor was very encouraging and offered great modification if needed. Overall it was a great class, I just didn’t realize how intense of a workout I was walking into, which was a nice surprise! I will definitely be back here again!
