Wow!!! We just had the most amazing experience at firefly furnishings!!! Walked in found the crib of my dreams asked how many weeks it would take to be delivered and was told I could purchase the floor model (which looked brand new!!!) no scratches or dings or anything!!! They even delivered the crib on the same day!!! I’m so thankful, grateful and totally I love with this place! Thank you firefly for making our dream and nursery come to life without any headaches or worry! We love you and will tell everybody about this wonderful experience!

Love this store. The staff is so knowledgeable and are extremely friendly. I went in and purchased a gift for a friend’s baby shower and both sale associates went above and beyond in helping me. The furniture is also absolutely beautiful and the set up of the store is magical. I will for sure be back!

I work down the street and needed to find a crib for a work friend. the manager was so nice, helpful, and even hooked up a Neighbor discount! The quality is beautiful and worth the extra money. Thank you firefly!

I was visiting from out of town and was in need of a baby shower gift ASAP. Firefly furnishings was on a list of a few stores I was going to check out and at first I was hesitant in going in because of the other reviews they had received but I’m sure glad I did. The two ladies on staff were extremely helpful and nice and I was able to get everything I need and didn’t stop anywhere else.
The store although focused on doing baby/​kid design furnishings had a good selection of baby gifts. I got a baby book, rattle-​onsie-​cap set, and these really cute animal new-​born blankets. It seems like they have a good assortment of items from toys to sheets. They wrapped up my gifts in a brown bag with some nice tissue paper and ribbons.
Prices were expected for the area and this being all new stuff. There were a lot of other consignment baby stores in the city but I really wanted something unique and new which this store offered. I would definitely recommend this place for anyone who needs to do some baby shower shopping.

I’ve shopped in this store numerous times, mainly making smaller purchases to buy baby shower gifts or items for my son, but twice was there to make large furniture purchases (nursery furniture and «big boy room» furniture). Every time I’ve been in the staff is super helpful, no matter if my purchase is large or small.
I’ve dealt mainly with Peg (no longer there) and Jessica (I believe she manages the location) and they are both so great. Each of them helped me with my two separate furniture purchases and found ways for me to save money since the stuff they carry is high-​end/​quality, which I was incredibly grateful for. It obviously adds up to buy furniture for an entire room and I, unfortunately, have expensive taste. Both times they sold me floor models of a few things for a smokin’ price and they were in near perfect condition. I wouldn’t have necessarily known about those particular items, let alone would I have thought to coordinate them all together, nor would I have known they were ready to sell them unless they had suggested it. It can be overwhelming to put together a new room starting from scratch, especially when you’re pregnant and it’s your first baby’s nursery, and I honestly don’t think I could have coordinated/​decorated half as well as I did without them.
If you’re going in for the smaller items, they have so many cute and unique things, and I also appreciate that there are smaller more artisan made items too. On my most recent visit I bought a watercolor dump truck place mat for my son for our kitchen table and he absolutely loves it.
I cannot say enough good things about this place. Overall, I highly recommend!

I love this store!
I went in to purchase some bedding and rugs for my kids rooms. I love all the lines that they carry, and found the staff to be quite knowledgable and helpful. I will definitely be returning to purchase more items for my children’s rooms in the future.

I wanted to give 2 stars because I have bought many nice things at Firefly, and I really do like and appreciate Tammy who works there part-​time. She went as far as delivering items to my home which being pregnant was truly helpful and amazing. If this review was about Tammy, it would be 5 stars.
However, it is not. My husband and I, who have tried to give Firefly many chances to redeem themselves, will never shop there again. The owner and other staff members (not including Tammy) are very rude and you feel like you are inconveniencing them while shopping there. The owner, does not get up from her chair… and when she does she makes you feel awkward, and uncomfortable.
We are now on our 3^rd stroller bought from firefly… my daughter is only 8 weeks old… it has not been a great situation. And although they have swapped new ones for the broken two, we felt the situation could have been handled a lot better (by the owner.) The last time we walked out of there we were in shock with how we were treated and very upset.
I hope the owner reads this and realizes that good customer service and friendliness are a must! Just because you are in Cherry Creek North does not mean you have to be snooty. I will be taking my business elsewhere from now on.

This store has beautiful things, so I am glad to find a spot to find out of the box nursery bedding. However, the staff was not only rude but either uneducated about child safety or just more focused on commissions than safety. I called at 3:30 on Sunday to ask what time they close and was told (verbatim) «5:00. On the dot.» Now, it isn’t like I was calling 10 minutes prior to closing. It was an hour and a half before closing. I worked in retail in my early 20s and it wouldn’t have occurred to me to say something like that to an inquiring customer. More importantly, when I was in the store, I asked about baby bumpers. It was my understanding that the American Academy of Pediatrics recommends against bumpers due to SIDS dangers. When I asked the woman who was working about this she laughed it off and said that was ridiculous. She went on to say that only one (1) child has ever died from being in a crib with a bumper. In addition she put a stuffed animal in the crib to represent a newborn and said, so the baby can’t even reach the bumper. How could a bumper hurt a baby. I went home and did more research on it and was shocked to read that at least 27 babies have suffocated from bumpers in the last (approximately) 10 years. You can find more info here:
I loved this stores unique bedding lines but wouldn’t dream of shopping there after interacting with this associate. What a shame.

Pass this store every time I’m headed to Belly Bliss and finally decided to stop in about 30 minutes before their closing on a Monday night. Definitely got the warm and fuzzies being surrounded by all the cute baby gear, but it’s more for browsing and day dreaming for the mom to be on a budget. I did make a small purchase (some letters to spell out the baby name for our nursery, which I probably could have found cheaper on Amazon or something) and found the associates to be friendly and helpful. I would be more inclined to shop there if they were having a sale, but I’ll certainly add them to my registry so folks with money can buy me something cute!

Raving Fan of FireFly! I’ve been working with the women at Firefly throughout my pregnancy for nursery planning as well as my registry and could not have asked for better service. Peg, Jen and the rest of the team feel like friends and have gone to great lengths to ensure I’m satisfied with the products and services available. The girls helped me choose everything from swaddles to the paint color on my walls. Jen even offered to swing by my house and drop off some items I ordered at my front door. You will not find that type of service anywhere else! Firefly also carries the top brands at very competitive priced to otter retailers. Every new mom should stop by re show room to gather some inspiration! It worked for me and I couldn’t be happier.

I went into this store with a friend. Barring any other issues (way overpriced, e.g.), I could not shop here on principle because their logo says «Kid’s rooms that glow.» Really? You couldn’t have done a 30-​second search to find out how to properly use the plural possessive? It should be «Kids’ rooms that glow.» Sheesh.

I concur with what Krista M. said. The ladies in this store are EXTREMELY rude. You would think that since we are shopping and spending money there they would be helpful and nice but I bought a living social deal here and they were very rude to me and my friend that I gave one to, also. If you don’t want people coming in to use groupons or living social deals then don’t do deals with those sites!
I will be doing all of my baby shopping elsewhere where there is good customer service.

Once I took my $ 400 crib set (bumper, sheet, and skirt) home I realized the color of fabric was not right for my nursery and decided to return it to the store. While returning this expensive bedding I was treated rudely because I was making a return and not exchange. I realize making a $ 400 return can impact a small boutique. However, it was made well within the store policy and I simply changed my mind. After such treatment, I will never return to the store.

This is a very pricey baby shop it cherry creek. Most of their stuff is high end custom order. If you are having a baby it is worth a look to see if you need something beautiful for you kids room. Or to see how the other half lives.

I’m a big fan. The name is a little misleading because they have a lot more than just furniture. They have super cute baby/​kids clothes and toys too. If you are decorating a baby or little boys or girl’s rooms, this is an excellent place to shop. The staff offered me creative, friendly and patient service when I picked out baby furniture and bedding here about 3 years ago. Since then, I’ve been back many times for gifts for babies and toddlers and am always impressed with the quality of the merch, and friendly service.
