Jamie was recommended to me by a friend who has been attending Jamie’s boot camp classes for a year and a half. She said that she was in the best shape of her life and that I should try it. When Jamie heard that I had some residual problems from neck and hip injuries he suggested that I try some personal training sessions first, to make sure that boot camp would be safe for me. That’s when I knew that Jamie is genuinely committed to guiding each client to his or her personal best. I’ve previously tried physical therapy, massage, yoga, chiropractic and have seen various M.D.‘s but Jamie’s knowledge of anatomy and sports physiology seems so much more integrative. He identified some imbalances in my body that I was not aware of and in just a few sessions my hips and neck were feeling so much better. I’ve been attending boot camp classes for three months now and I LOVEIT. It’s so much fun, Jamie makes the time fly by and I’m getting into fantastic shape.
