I have very particular fitness goals and Coach Krys(Krystynna Gillespie) has shown me that, not only can I meet these goals, I can do so in a supportive environment that allows my own inner warrior to shine through. I’ve been working with Coach Krys and our small fitness group for the past six months and have seen a lot of positive results. I’ve lost weight and am feeling really good about my body. The fact that I’m stronger, more flexible and have an excellent resting heart rate don’t hurt either! We started our training relationship with an in depth consultation about my goals and time line. She then performed a fitness evaluation with me that gave her an idea as to what she and I could both expect in regards to my endurance and strength. After that she developed a personalized exercise and diet regimen that matched my goals. I am really appreciative of the time and energy Coach Krys puts into my health. She’s super supportive and is always peppy and optimistic about our time together.
