I have seen tons of great reviews for flooring with these guys (besides, flooring is in the name so you better deliver). I would NEVER recommend them for a kitchen remodel. The project manager was extremely unprofessional, did not manage the project, and had to be asked to have very obvious errors corrected. We’re talking a light being completely off-​center, the dishwasher not being re-​mounted, the granite not being caulked, the cabinets being hung too low. The Sales Guy was top notch but the owner, Jeremiah, had the nerve to send me an e-​mail asking if I could send him his final payment a day AFTER he cashed my check. Very young group of guys and ALL of their work is subcontracted even though the sales guy will tell you the all work for FCI. The kitchen looks good at first glance but these guys do not deliver. My recommendation, let FCI stick to FLOORING, and let the real carpenters and contractors do the big jobs.

A great company with outstanding installers.
From picking out our flooring to the last bit of clean up these guys were very professional.
They were on time and keep us very informed at each step of the process from purchase of the flooring to when and how the install was going.
Mike and Mike, the installers, went above and beyond when they moved our piano back into place and we did not asked them to do that, they just wanted to make sure we did not mess up the new hardwood they just put down.
I would highly recommend this company and the crew of workers they have working for them.
