Dr. WIllard and his staff are amazing. Their services are top notch and they have a focus on getting you the results that you want. I started the process of having my tattoo laser removed in the summer of 2015. I am nearing completion of the procedure and the results are stunning with each treatment. His new laser is great and makes huge differences with each treatment. I wouldn’t imagine going anywhere else for laser services, highly recommended to anyone thinking about laser tattoo removal.

Dr. Willard and Kathy are very kind and informative. Went for tattoo removal with their new laser. It was relatively painless, more irritating than painful. Took maybe 5 min of actual laser time and my tattoo is fairly large (~6“x4″). Great work!

I went to Fresh Start for IPL Hair removal (under arm) and I am so glad I did! The staff is very warm and professional and they have the latest equipment. I saw an amazing difference after only 1 treatment. I can’t wait to start on my legs now. I would definitely recommend Fresh Start!
