My first and only experience with this company was not pleasant. They also go by the name Aden Suede & Leather Cleaning. I’m not sure what the relation is but they have the same address and phone number listed online. I chose to go their because I needed a leather jacket cleaned and they said they could get it done in a week rather than 2 weeks which most dry cleaners were quoting. Pricing was comparable so I thought I would give them a shot. I arrived and the woman that I spoke with seemed annoyed with me. She looked at the jacket, asked me how old it was, rolled her eyes when I told her it was probably 5 years old, sighed heavily, and told me they could clean it but they only accept cash or check and would not start on it until I either brought payment back or mailed it. I decided to leave the jacket there and come back with cash the next day. I called after I left to ask why they didn’t accept credit cards. I was told they don’t know exactly what the credit card processing fees will be so they cannot afford it. I asked what time they were open until for the next day which would have been Friday and was told 6pm. I returned after work the next day at 5:30pm to pay in cash and they were closed with the sign on the door saying they closed at 12pm on Friday. The hours on Unilocal say they are open Mon-Fri 9−6pm. However, the hours posted on the door are Tues-Thurs 9−6pm and 9−12pm on Friday. My poor experience with this business is because they were un-reliable and the information posted online along with what I was told over the phone about their hours is inaccurate. I returned a week later to pick up my jacket and take my business elsewhere. When the same woman said I never sent payment for the jacket I told her I didn’t need it cleaned by them and I just wanted it back. I was never asked why I changed my mind and she seemed just as annoyed as she was during my first visit.

Beware of this business. I had a lovely St John jacket trimmed in black suede cleaned and they returned it with black spots all over it. I returned it to be fixed, and it was in worse condition when returned to me. They refused to pay me for my loss. Has this happened to you? Shirley D
