I dont normally write reviews but i came across these other reviews when i was looking up gravitys phone number. I LOVE this store the get some of the most unique gear. I ve done alot of biz over the years i feel like they’ve always been fair, even if we can’t come to terms on a deal. I just wanted to clear the and add a bit of perspective. 2 one star reviews is not fair to these guys. Iv had nothing but good experiences… over like three years of dealing with them.

After promptly paying for a guitar amplifier I won from Gravity Music Gear via eBay, several weeks passed before I received the item. Upon inspection, I discovered the power cord was missing from the package.
This seller provided the absolute worst eBay experience I have ever endured. Slow to ship, excessive shipping charges, and when the seller did communicate, was rude & buligerant. GravityMusicGear epitomizes all the things you don’t want in an eBayer.
I should’ve read the feedback score more closely.
