Greg Cradick shot our daughters wedding in July of 2013. While the pictures turned out well, we were severely disappointed in several important aspects:
1. Greg ignored the schedule set by our wedding planner and took off with the wedding party immediately after the ceremony. He was gone for more than two hours taking photos at a couple of locations. He could not be reached by phone and so we and our guests were left waiting at the reception with no idea of why the wedding party was taking so long to arrive.
2. He failed to take any formal family photos whatsoever, not even of the bride and groom together with their parents (in spite of our giving him a detailed list of the ones we wanted). We had family fly in from all over the country, but he failed to take any formal pictures of the groupings we had requested.
3. When we confronted him about these issues after the wedding, believing them to be an honest mistake, he made up excuses and blamed everything from the weather to the bride, none of which made any sense at all.
4. When our wedding planner got involved, he finally issued an apology and agreed to a 50% refund. He also said he would expedite the processing of the photos.
5. Two months and many many emails later, we finally got the photos online. After still more emails, we received the refund. Still waiting on the DVD of the photos, which he promised today to send after more emails from us and our wedding planner.
We would encourage every bridal party to find a more reliable photographer and avoid the disappointment and frustration we experienced with Greg Cradick.
