I was really unhappy with the results here. The woman was quite rude, and she did an extremely poor job. When I complained, she was unwilling to fix the problem or apologize, despite the fact that the garment was clearly, unarguably done poorly.

This tailor shop is run by 2 Chinese people who are really hard workers. I have taken several things in for alterations and they have done a fine job every time. I love to support small businesses in pursuit of the American dream, and that is my perception of this place. Prices are on the high side ($ 12 to reinforce buttons already on a shirt), but quality of the work is quite good. Give them a try.
