Hercules Moving

Unreliable. Raheem at Hercules Moving accepted a short-​notice job moving our belongings from an apartment to our new home. He assured me 3 men would be showing up between 1 – 2 pm to help us move. We had a 26 ft moving truck rented and waiting for them. And that is precisely what we did… we waited… and waited. I did receive a call after 2pm telling me they would be late, but would be at our apartment about 3:30 and stay with us until the job was done. At 4:15, I was again assured they would show up. After that, they just stopped answering my phone calls. I finally left a message at 5:00 asking them to please let me know one way or the other because we had to start figuring out if we could get the rental truck and another company for the next day. That call from Hercules Moving never came! Raheem didn’t have the courtesy to pick up the phone and tell me they weren’t coming.
