This company, and their staff, is horrible! They do ABSOLUTELY nothing to help and could care less about our basic requests to upkeep the building, which we pay monthly HOA’s for! We have complained, for over 6 months, about damage to our building and nothing is being done about it. Our hallways smell like urine and they REFUSE to address the situation, which is costing us money because we’re trying to sell our unit. We have owners who are renting their place out to people weekly, owners who are violating rules, and renters who are damaging the property. Again, it seems that as long as monthly dues are being paid, they could care less.
